Yeah, hes got to go. It's not acceptable for Leicester City FC to be losing to Oxford and Burton fookin Albion at home within a matter of weeks. Not to mention failing to beat the giants of the game MK Don's and being outplayed by Notts County. The rot runs far deeper than the manager we all know that but this is not the club or the league for Russell Martin Ball. Wish we'd kept Rowett, much as I dislike him as a person and manager, because his teams prioritise defending and the basics and that's what we need. And failing that there's plenty of lower league managers with potential who would jump at the chance to manage LCFC, ie David Artell at Grimsby, Stevenage manager. Get Steve Cooper back. Anything, just someone who doesn't have the potential to tank like Martin is, stabilise us in mid table, focus on getting King Power and Rudkin out and be in touching distance of pushing for promotion when the new owners arrive.

Watson did that all game yeah and when Alves came on he did the same except with a couple of stopovers beforehand but yeah agree he offered more than Watson did all game in 8 minutes, I probably just expecting too much of Alves

Maybe not popular but I thought he was pretty 1 dimensional. Cut inside, cross to far post rinse and repeat. Every single time and he was isolated one and one quite a few times. Would like to see some more variety as he clearly has the ability.

What's the point in continuing to give him grief, its not going to help him or the team, especailly when hes putting in half decent performances, hes probably found his level in league 1 and can be a good player for us this season.

Played really well today same as Tuesday Needs to be given a clean slate as he can be a decent player at this level.

Sammy and Page in Centre mid give some hope for the season.

I'm far from a BDCR fan but he looked reasonable at times after Bristric came on, linking up play, when he was further back Leading the line though, with a defender tightly marking him, absolutely not. And that miss was so poor

Spot on. The idea hes technically good is a myth. He seems to have little to no core strength and without that stability it provides you can never be a technically good player at a professional level.

It's far far preferable to any Leicester game pretty much for this whole decade. Makes a big change to see fans who are actually excited to be at games and want to support rather than bitch and moan.

Paraguay maybe the most defensive side I've ever seen in my life. Just booted it away when in possession with the aim of giving possession back to Germany and keeping their low block in shape, horrible to watch. Great to see Germany to go out especially on pens but this is hardly a victory for football.

So only 2 of France, Germany, Spain and Portugal can progress to the quarters. Mental. Draws opening up for England but I doubt we'll have the quality to take advantage.

They're so chuffing dirty aren't they Uruguay? Every time I watch them they just seem a bunch of hot headed thugs with no regards for the opposition's welfare They should be likeable, a football mad country with population similar to Wales punching so far above their weight in terms of consistently delivering great footballers. But instead I just find myself thinking they're horrible, dirty cheats. Spanish lucky to get away from the game without any injuries.

If this was a knockout game Ghana would have sat comfortably on shape for another 30 as we labour in front of their low block before then knocking us out on penalties
