Did my first 10k in about 7 weeks yesterday, the only positive is that when I got the phone out to get a lift back on 7k I managed to talk myself out of it.

Cape Town is class. Food, drink and scenery are unbelievably good. Penguins at Boulders Beach, Cape point, table mountain, Robben island, beach along Camps bay, do a few nights in Stellenbosch and a couple of vineyards (Tokara and Waterford are great).
