That sounds like a quite specific and isolated issue and I can imagine it’s a bit shit to whoever it’s happened to but saying he is useless is unfair. He’s helped me with a few bits and always seemed like someone who would do what he could to bridge the gap between fans and a club that generally doesn’t give a shit.

The Running Thread (formerly How fast can you run a 5k?)
VLC86 replied to Sly's topic in General Chat
Got a mate who tore his hamstring playing football after doing leg day so rather you than me. Didnt run this weekend as I got absolutely blind drunk on Friday night and had the hang over from hell on Saturday. I did a killer work out in the gym in Sunday though, them Ski machines are vile. -
Depends on the log burner, mine was close to £2k but there are much cheaper ones out there.

He’s flying Gokan Inler to East Mids. Welcome back sweet prince.

Welcome to the producer of the show, nice to have you here.
-
The only logical explanation is we are signing him as well then.

In a very shit team that nearly went down.

Only let down for me is the lack of nice beaches but I enjoyed my time there.

Not much point paying £6m odd for an unproven manager in the situation we are in in my opinion. But otherwise, I’d suspect plenty saw us as dead certs for relegation which is why we could only attract Cooper.

Holiday inn?

That’s a level up from where we are. GERRIMIN.
-
I’d rather watch Steve Cooper curl one out in the centre circle than have any chance of watching Soumare play again.
-
I’d still snap their hand off.

The transfer window is still young, trust Rudkin to pull that off.

Solicitors will try to avoid doing what they should be doing here, I’ve seen that a fair bit in a past job. My advice would be to ask the solicitors if indemnity insurance provides you with what you want (stopping the need for retro planning permission etc), they will also need to inform the mortgage provider who will either be happy with the insurance or not. The solicitors are there to protect you and the bank providing the mortgage so if they are saying they are happy the indemnity insurance does this, then you might be ok. Did anything come up about the extension on the valuation?

Absolutely gutted.

Who knows mate the ones where you pick it up from the floor infront of you and bring it to your waist.
-
Not even sure what that is but I’ll google it.

Pulled my back again doing deadlifts on Friday, even after lowering the amount I lift considerably compared to when I did it a few months ago. Any tips on what similar exercises I can do? I do squats, lunges, inverted leg press etc already.

Unfortunately there isn’t really a way to get bigger and leaner at the same time hence the reason why people bulk and cut.

You’ve got everyone active in Enderby which is probably about the best one for that price point in that distance. There is one in Wigston as well but it’s not as good.

Fair re the sales, it’s still a gamble IMO.

If we breached Prem rules the prior season, I’m pretty sure we breached EFL rules last season. The EFL places an embargo on us as they believed we were going to breach. We will see., either way I wouldn’t be gambling on being able to do the rebuild we need in the EFL next season.
-
The EFL are gunning for us for breaching their rules last season, we have majorly pissed them off so I can’t imagine next season will be pretty if we need to rebuild down there.
