Strangely, just this morning I was thinking about how that protest with the coffin could be exactly what is needed to hammer the point home. Although I stopped short of mentioning it based on the helicopter incident. For me, any protest now can’t be a boycott alone, it’s got to be something extremely visual outside the stadium on match day. Also, I said this in the “where’s the money gone thread”, that podcast needs sharing as far and wide amongst our fanbase as it can.

I saw Sean Walsh at the Black Horse in Aylestone the other day and it was one of the best comedy gigs I’ve been to. I told him this on Instagram, and then told him it was actually the first ever comedy gig I’d been to and this was his reply. Not just an excellent comedian, an excellent judge of character. What a night.

I genuinely think some people are going to wake up in shock one day when they see the club has gone under and wonder what’s happened.

Fair, to be honest I’ve not really even considered that element when posting on here. It almost feels like just being in League 1 for a couple of seasons will be enough alone to send us under.

It’s clearly not happening, but this is where the Foxes Trust and FAB come in for me. They need to ask direct questions with direct answers that are recorded in the minutes and published. Some of them questions should be what financial provisions are in place should we drop, and what is the plan to clear the Maquary loans. Not convinced we get that though.

The first thing I would say is watch the video. The second point around selling the training ground to Forest is never going to happen in a million years under this ownership.

This whole video puts it pretty bluntly and has pretty much backed up what I’ve spoken about since we went down the first time, and that’s alarming considering I know how risk averse I can be on certain points. This video needs sharing wider within the fan base.

Fair to a certain degree (you’ve quoted some there who we would sell for about £500k) So will other training grounds which don’t cost as much to run. I suspect that batch of players is equally as much of a result of our success over the last 10 years as the training ground.

To savy investors, I’m not so sure. It’s a hugely excessive facility with ridiculous running costs for where we are heading. Probably irrelevant anyway, nobody buys it.

In my opinion, even if we survive next year is worse because we need a complete rebuild and don’t have the funds to do it. I’d be massively shocked if we went up from this division next season should we stay up.

Stop funding? They haven’t really been funding us as such have they? We borrowed PL money, spent it all on wages and then had to sell players to bridge the gap. I they’ve already decided that, just that when they did before they could borrow more or sell players. When we drop to League 1 and don’t have the income that’s when we will see if they will put money in for us to stay afloat. My guess is they won’t, and that’s one reason why Top was removed as CEO from KP. Edit: even when they ‘funded us’ they converted the external debt to debt to KP didn’t they? So I don’t think they have massively funded us for a while. Unless we class the dodgy sponsors as funding…

Thought I had recovered so ran 5k yesterday. No issues on the run but an hour later it was feeling pretty ****ed again. Highly unlikely to be running the Ultra in May which is pretty shitty but I’ll probably give it another week off. Any other suggestions for cardio replacements which don’t involve me sitting on a bike and won’t knaker it?
