If we don’t get a goal or two in this match I think we’re down.
-
I know someone high up there in business, they told me before we won the league our owners were gamblers.
-
Coventry are going to buy Seagrave for £1 to help our balance sheet out, aren’t they?
-
Work ethic and hard running. Where has it been all season?
-
Daka goal. Thomas assist. What dimension are we now living in?! Whichever it is I’m pleased for them.
-
The most damaging thing, I worry, is that even the best of our academy lads will move on rather than play with us in League 1. Pure profit to sell them too - and the club may have to. We could well go into administration with our overheads.
-
Didn’t watch the game. Shocked by the result. Thought we’d turn it around after improved workrate recently.

We’d have taken this outcome when we conceded in the 3rd minute. -
It’s not the mangers.
-
Match thread. I guess. Stoke. Sigh.

We’re going to win 3-1. Keep the faith! -

Same. And the money difference is also significant. -

How have you managed to keep two?! I had two and was forced to transfer my second to another name during Covid. -
Brendan Rodgers is right up there with Peter Taylor for causing the most damage ever to our club.
-
I suspect Alves and possibly Monga may leave on free transfers. Both were courted and played when their signatures were required and then dropped when the ink was dry. It will have done nothing for trust from a player perspective.
-
It’s being in the Championship when the parachute money runs out when it starts to become disastrous.
-
This has always been my fear. Seagrave is an incredible asset if you’re a Premier League club hoping to attract quality players. It can turn into a disastrous liability if you’re in Championship and a millstone that will drown you if you go down to League One.
-
Yes. Because this team is everything opposite to what Pearson valued most. No work ethic and no character.

Damaging. I think the play-offs might be out of reach now. -

A team of 11 Dennis Wise’s would more likeable than this lot. -
Why does this team only play for 45 minutes?
-
Alas pints of ale in The Robert Peel are not what they used to be. Real shame.
-
Saw an article recently about how football clubs are killing pubs with Fan Zones. I never thought about that but now can’t ignore it.
-
I can still hear “We are staying up” when David Pleat’s Leicester avoided relegation to Division 3 on the last day of the season. Can’t remember the year though.
-
I gave up my season ticket primarily because I didn’t want NFT, unpopular with the majority of season ticket holders, forced upon me by a club that didn’t care about the opinions of the majority of its regular match goers. I am going to love seeing them trying to increase attendance if we go down to League 1. They might start listening then!
