The worst manager in the league and its not close. The tactics he employs are beyond baffling. The players don't look like they know what to do and he's determined to hang a full back out to dry every game with his weird obsession with playing an attacking midfielder on the wing and having thay full back be the only one allowed to attack. He doesn't know what he's doing, how he got a job as a professional manager is beyond me and the fact we actually hired him is incredibly embarrassing.

The average person at the ground can't grasp anything other than being some sort of yo-yo club and if you aren't just happy to be a team that makes up the numbers you're the problem. We were in league 1 you know. You have to be happy to be there and have zero ambition.
