Fatawu BEK Jakub Thomas Ricardo Ayew Stephy Kasey Plus the children Thomas is in there because at least he tries and hasn’t thrown his toys out when he could have. Ayew is in there because despite his free kick taking ability, he tries and doesn’t sulk despite knowing at least half of the fanbase hates him. Kasey is in there as long as I don’t sit and think about him trying to take people on.

A sign of how respected he is in the squad is the fact that he took a corner near the end of the game over Bilal (and it was a great corner, too). I like the lad from what I've seen of him so far from pre season to now.

Did anyone watch him play much for Oxford? Was he expected to be a similar type of ball-playing defender as we seem to be asking him to do tonight?

Hello all. Have started posting stuff at https://www.instagram.com/lcfc5000to1 today as it's ten years since the Sunderland game. Posted a lot of video clips this morning, thanks to @Footballwipe who has sent me so much great stuff. Very, VERY grateful. I'd love to do one more post today / tomorrow if possible (I posted loads this morning as I have to head to Cardiff for work now), which would be any memories that you guys have of that game. So I can screenshot things properly, I'd need them EMAILING to me via [email protected] rather than posted here. Can be just a paragraph of what you remember from the game, how you felt after it etc; or if you happen to have screenshots of Whatsapp chats from back then or pictures from the day that you could send on then that would be fantastic. Please spread the word on this too - it's great for us to be nostalgic but I'm also using it as a way to educate my nearly nine year old son (born two days before the Hull game in 2016!) on how insane that season was from start to finish.
