Why…must we get out of the championship to enjoy our weekends.. Aspiration & ambitions and hard facts to attempt to achieve those dreams,but first not whine over what you ain’t got,but embrace and enjoy the seasons one hangs around any lower league…Life is too short to worry over a full season where one might come up short,but still enjoy % of the games.. Not enjoying or taking in your pastime realities& their uncertainties ,is a weird way to go through life. Forcing your parents to be tied to the rack,because they didn’t bring you up in a city that is a top 6 side..Squeezing your ass tight every weekend because your side still hasn’t yet turned into a Barcelona…!!

I reckon it’s not the players, but many fans,who judge complacency & believe in the hype that we are the best team in the league. We are fighting & competing against better teams,than what is being posted has poorer. many have built incorrectly a platform that we have the best squad, and it’s only a matter of ticking off the games and going through the motion.. No matter the nonsense written on here about the quality of the league,the demeaning of every opponent & hiding behind the right to bore a negative opinion every week…Football is still excellent quality, and like the PL,and long past history one has soggy performances,mixed with good memories… We have never lived through a period,where we have seen pure football,or everybody & every team playing in a Type of supernatural Barcelona-syndrome. Football don’t you know,has always been crap,frustrating,boring, brilliant,on the edge of your seat,with decent periods of definite watchable memories. There is no period of years,where it was just super to watch every week…Its always thrown down the dice between frustrating,acceptable,ecstatic.. We are falsifying footballs journey,in judging the various standards,we have nothing to compare with,accept in the minds of dreamers. We hold our heroes up onto a higher pedestal,that no one yet has produced.. The sport is has it it is,we go hoping for decent competition,though some are only happy if it’s rubber stamped with a guaranteed win.. If you find yourself moaning every week,I suggest,you take up arts & crafts,with an end product..…….because sport ain’t your thing..

Believe he is being terribly underrated, he puts pressure and the press down the left hand side. He is one of my favourite players,his runs won’t always work,but again tonight a good outlet and the runs he made were good,no poor crosses,made 4-6 runs that his teammates didn’t see or want to see,then their own assumed move fizzled out, where his run would have opened up space or even a chance… Mavadidi,Fatawu,Mcateer are least of my worries…Ditto Ndidi & KDH… Agun still needs a few games, Castadei still needs time but is struggling right now,hoping he steps up starting 2024. but that 3rd player covering,playing with Ndidi and KDH, we seem to be missing. One hopes Praet can get over any injury doubts and fill that hole.. We seem not to accept where we are,that WE yes WE are the team to beat,and are only happy disecting every considered weakness..Instead of throwing down the guantlet..and say admit,we will have twists and turns, burps & hiccups,but stand by our new manager & system,and show we believe it will take time to develope,but progress will be seen in performance & skillset

Though I let off steam earlier,and keep to what I said.. Not even in retrospect, this post pairs with my thoughts…Enzo also is in a learn phase,and rightly is keeping to the strong aspects of the system he believes. He’s nevever hidden from the fact it will be a rough ride and patience is needed.. Like Leeds vs Rotherham,our game to drop points was this one…The ifs,could,maybes,should haves, just doesn’t happen through long periods of the season.. WBA is the next test..I expected him to try positions and certain things out tonight. The squad-spread no matter how frustrated some fans are,is looking ok..intensity & seeing attacking from both players & manager in transition is still not there. We are failing to grab moments when on top…Maresca should have helped ( maybe he saw but didn’t want to use it) and given Fatawu & Agun their reins to attack that deep right flank, which Mavadidi does regularly. Our defenders have to release the ball quicker,they are holding on just a bit too long,and so sometimes too late for that cross field pass…The more I see the season progress,I see Winks and KDH being with Mavadidi,the ones that push us forward, We just need those CBs,to interlink quicker..The system is ok,the players with it,no matter the selection are ok,it’s IMO just too slow in transition…and I. believe it’s got slower…Far too much forethought,when the triangles and positions are actually set up,within our movement,but we insist and deliberately dither… I don’t think yet it’s a deliberate plan from Enzo,it’s something he still has to develope. So we dropped careless points tonight,frustrating but nothing has yet imploded or collapsed.& yes sometimes we the fan are fickle…and forget the developement & rebuild is still on going. Such as tonight,even M‘brough just seem there were moments nobody on the field or Enzo picked up on what we the fans thought or think we believe he should be seeing…But sometimes in all sport nomatter the standard of opposition,they are still there & will be targeting LCFC to give & show their best fight & die filling those gaps just in this one game Their G.scorer 38/2 doesn’t bother to make that top run,but this time it’s worth his sweat….This is what we face with different teams every week… Now it’s upto this evolving team to prove over the full season,it can stand up & hold its own,and fans especially their own should hold that support and not chase the whole week,what could be done better. Get the shit off one chest and take each game as it comes….If Leeds, Sunderland ,Norwich,Hull,M’borough would be using their bragging rights,Foxes & Soton tend to wobble on the fence..& refuse to believe in the coming of the next football messiah for our club.. I wouldn’t have it any other way..

Didn’t push the game..left the game to take its own course… Enzo sometimes has to be put on the hot plate…& asked WTF was that.. Fatatwu not encouraged to attack right flank with Agun.. If Enzo thinks it’s great tactics to piss around the Backline & making last second passes,but not moving the ball forward when the space opens up,then attack it then I see no logical reason for this type of football M!avadidi who was playing ok,was not given that defence breaking ball when he had made the run. Fassy & Agun opened them up then was asked to hold back.Mcateer was sent on to do what the other 2 could easily do,but they seemed suppressed…Castadei had some good touches,but like Nacho ghosted around too much.. Why oh why Cannon is not getting a run out…put your ideas in the post..!! Even though we has a change of players, it wasn’t the players that let us down..Tonight the slowness of movement within the system failed us…That’s down to management… we allowed Wednesday to put pressure on us,where we had control of the ball,and insisted to play in our own last 3rd too long.. Getting players also into the oppo box is failing… Insist in playing this way, within a good system and playing too slow triangles at the back will put us into trouble,sooner than we think… Too be honest this game was a coming,using the same repatative triangles,no matter how solid, a team like Wednesday can go for broke at the end… They deserved their point..both sides had good open chances & because we are not getting enough in the box,our wingers are becoming redundant…Unless they have a piece of their own magic..

Enzoball & system, doesn't set up for 5 or 6-0 thrashings.. This will be a 0-1 or 0-2 win.. We also don't use Mavadidi when he has some great space to run into missed 3-4 opportunities to give his legs a chance.. GOAL came from SM being given air.. Fatawu also needs to get a few times down the bye line, instead of always cutting back.. Agun & Fatawu could be such a great pairing.. but we don't play for it.. We have tried tonight to be close & clever, with our late passes..

Nothing to the last few posts.. This is most likely the starting period where we will see quite a bit of Rotation through the side.. Bline,one could bring in Souttar, even rest Justin,with Choudhury. Or play Faes,Souttar Vesty at the back. why not now Cannon,Agun,and then Winks from his ban. Maybe rest Mavadidi…Mcateer fits in then Fatawu on R.Wing. Above changes must not be in one Match. Hard times mixed with everyday great moments and dips.. I CAN PINCH & feel, so sill a few chantras worth singing about.. Missed you has a partner in crime.. I had some good selfish times in Bahrain... The were good hosts.. Now.. post retirement.. & many years past.. Ft is a welcome companion.. despite the crazies, even worse than me..

Some have to swallow what they would like and accept the normal fan of 90+ clubs have to look reality in the face to enjoy their past time and sport.. I actually believe Peps teams have been better than the great Barcelona team.. he has ironed out his own system weaknesses,with a mixed groups some better , some not so good individuals for his purposes…

The system so far is holding its promise.. Winks position important but not pivotal.. The system allows for hiccups,& so far short form drops seems to be of little importance…BUT only 17 games from 46,no statistics take in those illogical sporting twists that any sport might serve up.. Doyle,Coady,Winks Ricardo ticked off as not SPOF…The squad so far is our strength within Enzo-system . Fans own first major warnings have not been proved to have any substance. So our season after some hiccups & hits runs freely into the next phase. which I suggest is from now upto start of festive season..before Ipswich..

Yeh but the 13/14 team would have have a massive piece of luck… the 23/24 Nacho to play against….

Just to stoke the fire... At 70,like I was at 20s of age, I don't believe, one era was or is better, just different facing up to different challenges to the times they lived. Not forgetting interpretation of referering and various changes in gameplay laws. OH obviously also not forgetting the spread of fans & media opinions.. & how individuals like me, advance in interest & disinterest over those years. When instructing or has docent in my job.. I ALWAYS SAID, " My age and experience plus actual yrs in the job, does not mean a 20 yr old can't see or come up with better improved solutions.. Never take or give anything for granted we evolve by questioning even the obvious, but don't deny those years of experience"

Depends, but no way is Winks even an England interesting thought at the moment.. I don't dislike the growth of England under Southgate... But there is awhile to go before Winks becomes a candidate..

I am not happy,that few fans really know how the calculation,the judged punishment flows with each other.. Nor convinced of their own clubs innocence.. Are we,or have we any understanding..

Maybe,we aren’t has good has LCFC fans think we are.We have just found a system we are willing to hang our own doubts & successes onto… Doesn’t mean our manager & players have yet created the better nor strongest team This will be decided towards EOS,one supports hoping one has the right ethos & credentials..that win us most of the seperate gamedays.. I was talking more about the implementing of the system..Rodgers tactical change was later,but Fair to say that encompassed the period /seasons around the FA.cup success..But also to be fair,without going OTT,Enzo is having more success in putting his ideas across,and players willingly taking it on and so far seem to be making it work early into a league season.. Nothing yet to shout home about yet, and Noway fans should really demean Rodgers attempt to promote a new system into the squad, the free style of that present squad for whatever reasons couldn’t break their own moulds,though they (IMO tried to adopt but for reasons,I doubt few can fathom,couldn’t hold or commit to the systemology) Why most fans are still struggling to accept or get to grips with too often too slow a build up from the back. To be fair under Rodgers we didn’t have a consistent Bline,that could be consistently selected,injury or indifferent form being the irritant. Amartey-Ndidi axis had no consisten release & support,Hence KDH/Thielemans/Maddisom were caught cold….& not always because of Amartey Then Rodgers stayed stubborn…Whoops so is Enzo,but his product so far is showing results,with progress in different positions. In 17 games,even in defeats he has often introduced new players,or tweaked it..

If Rodgers had even 40% of Enzo success, his plaudits would abound..

I did say maybe... Nice guy, but IMO time to let loose, We will be keeping Vardy, so also the time to bring in the youngsters... Cannon, Mcateer, any other who might come through.. Academy/transfer

TO me, he's proved he can work in the system, and work the system.. He has made some transitions & moves, then the next time he has 2 left feet, or 2 major issues doesnt push himself to barge around making the ball his, or just let's a good move, fizzle out because he doesn't make his presence felt..Then his conversion rate on clear cut, unadulterated, gilt opportuities, 1) he's not aware of.. & 2) he's struggling to find the net Maybe it will click again & he scores 8-9 goals in 8-11 matches... It's his long periods of just not coming to the party, that fails him.. Maybe if others were scoring from his spaces created, we the fans might take a softer approach

Is he going to become an undesirable.. From the fans view point, Tha Enzo insists on keep playing & not introducing Cannon ever..!! Nor look a a reshuffle when subbing Vardy.. Mcateer could move there on occasions.. Front 6.. Agun Winks KdH Fatawu. Mavdidi Mcateer
