  1. Reach was always my favourite
  2. Please for the love of God Tommy do this.
  3. It was always laughable hearing Boris talk about "leveling up". Moment someone working class actually does that, they get absolutely pelted.
  4. Everton are an easy target to slag off, but the ground looks fantastic.
  5. Nor does Tommy...
  6. Not sure I'd fancy my chances on this 15th...
  7. Maryland built up a tolerance that will serve you for life.
  8. Still not start for Michael Golding is disappointing. £15m we spent on him, time to show us what he can do.
  9. People still having a hissy at the 2nd Tier mob predicting top 10 with that starting 11?
  10. I'm staggered there is one and that you actually bothered to find it. Respect the FT forum tidiness game there.
  11. £15mil on Michael Golding? We really are clueless.
  12. So whilst wearing a hat that reads "Trump Was Right About Everything" it was announcing the World Cup draw would take place at the Trump Kennedy Centre...Troll.
  13. Trump delivering a statement from the Oval Office shortly. Usually reserved for the more important announcements. I'm guessing it's the launch of a new scent in his men's fragrance line, but will wait and see.
  14. Really want Snake Eater but balking at the price. Will hold off until reduced probably, but man it looks good.
  15. Barry Fry probably does. Edit: Once won a raffle which was a dinner out with him. Declined it.
  16. Technology aside, I, and many others, love driving and I agree it won't be phased out.
  17. I am staggered at the practicalities of it already given it's such a new technology. We did some work with a power utility recently where we used a local version of Llama on their maintenance archives to identify common causes of defects. Given the utilities records went back to the 30s, and huge quantities of it were hand typed, it was able to take all the data and provide a phenomenally accurate model utilising reliability centred maintenance to significantly reduce their engineering schedule and remove a swathes of activities (and recommend new ones). To this day I'm kicking myself for undercharging as it saved them an absolute fortune.
  18. *Checks profile picture*
  19. Just weren't any available, Wrexham signed them all.
  20. Need to stop blaming PSR for everything. It's grotesque, but we are in this position down to people not doing their jobs. Poor managerial appointments, dreadful signings and even worse contract negotiations. Need to own our own ineptitude and be accountable.
  21. You give them too much credit.

    The gym

Classic that a thread I've dug out appears to have been killed by one of @Izzy's dreadful dad jokes... Fed up of driving 50 minutes to the gym and back so converting part of the garage to a home gym. Wondering if anyone with home set ups has got any particular bits of kit that are really suited for home use? Hard for me to think what kit I'd really want to use from the commercial gym given it was all available. Have got the core kit of a full rack, bench and associated weights, just overwhelmed with the range of other stuff and not sure what to focus on. Anyone got a bit of kit that gets a disproportionate amount of use?
  23. Proven to be complete bollocks.
  24. Least we're back to the good old days of moaning about taxes not the absolute circus that preceded us.
