I feel sorry him. It’s tough when you have injury upon injury, and Hamstrings are so common in players coming back from an ACL. I think if he was going to get sent back we’d have heard about it by now. Here’s hoping he can have a proper recovery and offer us something for a positive end to the season.

I think Arsenal winning may be more insufferable than when Liverpool won it. More for their fans than anything they’re the most deluded out there. At least Liverpool fans have a real good history of winning things to back all their talk up. Arsenal have won it only twice this century and the last one was 22 years ago. I’ll be happy to see Rice and Saka win it though. Man City missing their two best centre back for at least six weeks, with their others not at the level and/or always injured. Wouldn’t be surprised if Rodri ends up there for a while. If anyone can win the league 6 points adrift it’s them, but for me it’s Arsenals to lose.

Yeah but when you play like we do it’s not all that bad a tactic. You only need to time one wrong and there’s a catching chance, come down the pitch and miss one and there’s a stumping chance. They know they’re so far ahead and aren’t going to be chasing that many the runs aren’t an issue. Otherwise, great to see Bethell get his 100. Will certainly beg the question of why he wasn’t in from the start. Also really lovely to see the shots of his family in the stand and just how proud they were. Along with Roots 100’s and Stokes bowling, that’s about all we can take from this series.

Would be absolute insanity to throw someone in there that’s not even been in a matchday squad imo. Could maybe start Silko instead of Mavididi but I think that would just be way too inexperienced of a 3 to play together. Either way, let’s get some of the younger lads involved from the off but not at the expense of being bombed out of the cup.

And on the same page Monday night 2 years ago we were flying at the top of the championship and it was a top of the table clash. The KPFC folk will claim every reason under the season as to why there were so many empty seats. Weather, time etc. Majority of sensible people know lots of people, and lots more than people are letting on have boycotted.
