Clinically only scored one goal at home against Southampton. They’re a very good side, but they’re also beatable. Most people would take a point, myself included but let’s try and use the confidence from last night to kick on.
-
Last night is understandable if you needed public transport to get home.
-
I don’t get the Ederson hype at all. I’m not saying Mads is better but Ederson is one of the most over rated keepers that’s ever been in the prem, purely because he can pick a pass out.
-
Reading last night a few West Ham fans were saying he was nudged into Mads by one of our players. From what I could see it looked like a foul but haven’t seen anything back.
-
He got the big decisions right which is the most important thing. West Ham won’t be wanting him to ref them any time soon from their fans reactions though. What challenge are you referring to?
-
We scored 3 times though
-
Yeah you can read a hell of a lot into how they answer the questions.
-
Yeah I agree. I felt a bit sorry for him first half, have no idea why we kept pumping long balls to him in the air, Kilman was eating them up every time. Cannot fault his work rate at all, his physicality needs to come on as well if he’s to really make it in the big league.
-
It’s gonna help him so much he’s working under one of the greatest strikers of the modern PL Era.

First and foremost, a massive much needed win. The effort and hard work already seems to have doubled than what it was under Cooper. We looked like we had a bit of an identity and didn’t just sit back hoping to sneak a victory. Was really happy that even though they had a fair few chances and looked quite dangerous at times we stood up and didn’t buckle under pressure. As I’m sure it’s been mentioned we rode our luck a lot but sometimes you need that luck to win games, still plenty to work on and improve on. Far too many times in the first half they just absolutely waltzed through us. But that’s something that surely will be worked on. This win will also be huge for confidence. We’ve not been 2-0 up in a game all season and to then go and score a 3rd was just what we needed. Indivdually, Hermansen pulling off some of his usual great saves, N’Didi looked like 2019 Wilf, Vardy as hungry as ever, El Khanouss with that bit of freedom looking like the player we’ve all seen clips of. Daka when he came on was full of energy, put himself about and scored with a brilliant finish. No time for any negativity tonight, just enjoy that winning feeling.

That was with Wonga. Even so, said player was caught playing blackjack in a casino around the same time

Just because he was born in Wolverhampton doesn’t mean he can’t have religious beliefs though Also not sure it’s comparable to someone not wearing a racism message because they’re from South London either. That just doesn’t make any sense. Money talks unfortunately. Why do you think players get booked for taking their shirt off? A lot of it is down to the sponsors. A player scores a goal and all focus from the tv goes on to that player. When the sponsor isn’t being shown, said sponsor who has paid out money isn’t very happy. Would you show support for something you don’t believe in? Whether it’s ethical or not.
-
It’s not like he won the PFA player of the year award last season is it, as voted for by fellow opponents. But obviously, Foxestalk knows better.
-
I get your point and agree. I would say the sponsors would have a lot to say about it though. They’re paying to have that on shirts. The rainbow campaign is a show of support.
-
Yeah it’s a fair shout as well. But we all know what the tv companies are like and think they know what people want to see
-
You would imagine the Sunday.
-
TV Games almost pick themselves don’t they. Arsenal Man Utd Man City Salford Chelsea Morecambe Tamworth Spurs Liverpool Accrington Leeds Harrogate You’ve got David v Goliath, A Yorkshire Derby & a “big 6” clash.
-
Happy with that. All the big clubs in the prem with a pass through to round 4.
-
Which is partly because they have a set style of play and an actual identity. It’s their individual quality that’s letting them down.
-
Brighton seem to struggle against teams that play a similar style to them.

Pathetic. It really was. Set up to avoid defeat against some of the best pressing teams in the league. Their centre halves were 70 yards up the pitch for most of the first half. So many individuals that just look like they don’t care. So many individuals that aren’t good enough. Thomas probably our best player which says enough. Vardy did ok and Buonanotte was alright in the first half. The rest, the less said the better. We seemed scared to go forward. Every time we had the ball in what could’ve been a promising break, we went backwards. Had about 5 minutes in total all game of pressure on them. Weak in the tackle, weak in the mind. Little creativity with players seemingly not knowing what they were doing. At least when Mavididi came on he actually looked to be a bit direct and run at them. -
I can see what his thinking was. They like to attack down the flanks so he’s tried to nullify that. Sadly it’s just not worked.
-
Thomas has been streets ahead of any game Kristiansen has played all season to be honest. They’ve had little joy through Mbuemo or down their right. The other side, same old story.

It’s a 5-4-1 out of possession and trying be 3-4-3 in.
