  1. I’d have paid 8% extra tonight……
  2. I suspect the new training facility (incidentally Thomas Choudry,Barnes and KDH came through the old academy) might have pushed costs up a bit….what part of the club lost £30m don’t you understand?
  3. Nor beer, petrol, food, wages, power…..
  4. Started supporting them in 1965….ticket prices have risen during those 57 years…..not a case of “better than,” more a case of being realistic
  5. Club has just gone through covid too The King Power duty free has been crippled by no flights for two years Football club has just lost £30m Can’t see that the clubs running costs haven’t gone up,significantly. Season tickets have been pegged back for a long time. 8% will be lower than inflation by August The club has a choice regards a fair price to watch the team The fans have a choice whether they pay it or not Clappers per item, will be pence, and we only get two a month, the saving is negligible. Suggestions regards lowering staff wages to protect ticket prices are nothing short of madness…try it in your own workplace tomorrow, see how it goes
  6. And what is actually going on?
  7. 100% agree, might have Bekka's legal fees too.......
  8. If Vardy says he is fit, why wouldn't you play him.......pretty certain he isn't pushed out onto the pitch not wanting to play....
  9. Lot of talk about 1-0 win, and how many shots the opposition had….how may 1-0 wins did we have in the title season? Quite a few from memory? Keep a clean sheet you don’t lose….we did and we won…..we haven’t been all season and we don’t…..long may it continue…..
  10. Regardless of the “performance” against Leeds, the players did their jobs, Kasper is in Garth Crookes team of the week. and as a defence we kept a clean sheet…the last post suggests we could get heavily beaten in our next games, really?we rarely get heavily beaten 1 defeat in 6, if we aren’t positive now, when will we be?
  11. In all honesty if Perreira and Maddison had been fit we would be excellent down the right hand side…..there has been so much on here about how crap we are/Rogers must go….in my opinion if those two and wes had played yesterday it’s a very good eleven with loads of options on the bench, one defeat in six, and even that doesn’t seem good enough to get people in a more positive frame of mind, roll on Thursday…..
  12. The left side of Thomas,KDH and Barnes, is young talented and you can see in their play they are really enjoying it, to say Brendan hasn’t improved those three would be grossly unfair….our season will be defined by the upcoming fixtures Palace, Saints and Villa….win those and top 8 or better is on, lose them, mid table, Either way last six, won 4 drawn 1 lost 1 hardly the form of relegation scrappers….now let’s win (well) on Thursday….
  13. Ffs we lose we are crap, we win we are lucky, clean sheet Kasper crap, concede Kasper crap….that’s one defeat in five, arguably could have won all five, consecutively the best run of form this season, and most importantly the players all look well up for it….Vardy back,Wes back shortly, Madders on fire, so much negativity on here…….
  14. Any injuries to lumber on Brendan from last night?
  15. Can we stop talking about Rogers….he is going nowhere in the short term, channel your energy behind the team….great result tonight, once again the players were up for it….suggests they are playing for the manager….
  16. Wilf getting some stick about his passing, first goal was all down to his pass….
  17. It wasn’ great, but over two legs we actually battered them ( check out first leg stats) Kasper, Vesty, Thomas, decent….Lookman, Kel, Youri, anonymous, the rest average. Last four games one defeat, get everyone set up for Burnley & Leeds, draw tomorrow, and Celtic are out. I have had an awful lot worse days as a Foxes supporter….sometimes feels we lose sight of what’s important on here, we won, we’re through, feels like some posters actually want us to get beat
  18. At least two, possibly three from lucky deflected passes
  19. Winning 1-0 (5-1 on aggregate)
  20. In the whole of the title winning season we played 43 games…tomorrows game will be the 36th of the season, and it’s February…..can see that might have something to do with an increase in injury problems…..
  21. Injuries are what they are, and are treated by medics, who then advise Rogers, that’s how it is, and that’s how it should be….as for Maddison coming off after 20 minutes, It’s safe to assume he felt well enough when he went on, then felt worse as he played, then he came off. What’s the solution? Keep playing, (poorly-in every way) and get slated on here? Prior to his recent fine spell of form, it wasn’t that long ago he was getting pilloried on here…..
  22. If a player says he is good to go, and the medical staff concur, wouldn’t any manager go with their opinion? These are athletes who are professional….not sure the tackle on Ricardo that broke his leg had very much to with rushing him back, albeit in chilly conditions, other than a scandalous over the top tackle…. If the staff and the player tell him they are good to go, I can hear it now, why didn’t he play him…..particularly on here at the current time….it is also really evident, Barnes, Justin, Ricardo, and likely Fofana, don’t return in the same form prior to the injury….it takes time for body, mind and timing to get back to previous levels….. Be careful what you wish for…..Rogers goes…..I can’t see anyone out there who will be a certain improvement on him, more likely the other way….
  23. Something!!
  24. I have never understood how he is responsible for our long injury list…..the actual injuries are nothing to do with Brendan, whatsoever, the date the players return to action, is presumably set by the highly qualified medical staff, responsible for giving the Manager professional advice, and any player who isn’t ready to return, but does, must be crazy…Justin, Fofana,Perreira, Barnes, all suffered ligament/fractures, Vardy, Evans hamstrings, (both 34), and Castagne long term muscle injury. Am I missing s
