We were well beaten, but I certainly thought to get in one down at half time meant we were still in the game, and possibly capable of getting something. Agree I was surprised no changes at half time, but as already said, we had5 minutes where the players were winning ball and the crowd stirred into action....the penalty killed the game, and it was hand ball. If we hadn’t conceded that goal, our drive could have continued, we will never know, it didn’t. The penalty actually lifted them and killed us off.... I think the next two games won’t be easy, we would so well to get 4 points, 2 points or more a decent return.....realism is difficult in disappointment, but do we not understand the disappointment felt by the squad, management & owners is far far greater than ours. Been a supporter for 55 years, been a great season, still could be, losing to the top 2 teams in the country isn’t the disaster we are making it, Chelsea, Norwich,West Ham fans will all vouch for that today.....

Need to keep it real. In my opinion Chilwell was left exposed....he had to tuck in but Mahrez stayed wide, and then had a run at him and space in behind him....the two who were out of the game were Maddison and Tielemans, who got no space, weren’t on the ball enough, personally at half time Hamza on with Wilf, push Maddison on in an attempt to press their back four.....get ready next two games not easy....top four place will be threatened.....but. FANTASTIC season so far.....not so long ago Crewe away......

Week off,after this, more likely will rotate for Norwich & Everton that a less than easy away game....agree possibly change Perez, Chilwell back in, but otherwise leave as is.....

Barnes, Tielemans, out, Gray (if fit),Praet in.....Vardy/Ndidi/Maddison off if winning after 70 minutes, Nacho/Albrighton/Hamza on......Morgan for Evans after 70 minutes the other alternative.....

We have been brilliant at future proofing, Maguire we had Soyuncu and Benkovic, and we have Choudhury and Praet for either/both Ndidi/Maddison, Barnes and Tielemans for Albrighton, Chilwell for Fuchs....point being we can sell, at profit, already have replacements, then purchase youth at the right price.....this policy has been in place for some time...credit to the owners and previous managers for buying into it.....I would be surprised if we didn’t lose one or two midfielders in January or Summer....Arsenal and United are desperate for an Ndidi......
