  1. Hopefully that is his regular brainfart out of the way for a bit

  5. They are loan facilities that we have taken out previously guaranteed against transfer fees owed to us by other clubs and future Prem monies They are all paid up/will have ended by now so it is just going to be the club tidying them up
  6. Yeah pretty much Goes on holiday in a country = must be moving to a club there
  7. Under 16s lost 5-0 in the first game to Man City Won 1-0 in the second game against Ipswich
  8. No mention from Cooper that it could be Ayew who could drop out I really do hate that it seemingly can only be one of Mavididi or Fatawu starting Mavididi playing well should have no influence on whether Fatawu starts or not https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/steve-cooper-responds-abdul-fatawu-9624847#comments-wrapper Last season’s regular wide-men have not started together so far this Premier League season, with Fatawu in the line-up for the first three games, and with Mavididi in the 11 for the four matches since. Cooper’s preference for a winger who can double up as an attacking midfielder has seen Facundo Buonanotte, Jordan Ayew, or Bobby De Cordova-Reid occupy the other wide spot. While City supporters questioned Mavididi’sabsence in the opening weeks of the campaign, there are now calls for Fatawu to earn his place back, with fans keen for last season’s wide duo to play at the same time. Fatawu has been brought on in every game he’s been a substitute, but he has been used sparingly in recent weeks, coming in added time against Everton and Arsenal, and playing the final 10 minutes or so against Bournemouth. For Cooper, Fatawu’s omission is a normal part of having a competitive squad. It’s not the case that the Ghanaian is doing anything wrong, more so that Mavididi has been in good form. “That question could be for anybody who doesn’t start,” Cooper said last week, before City’s win over Bournemouth. “We have a squad. Everybody’s working hard. We have a team that will start and players that will finish. “Three or four games ago, it was Stephy. Now it’s Abdul. It could be Kasey (McAteer). It’s a normal question to ask, I understand that. But the question should really be about Stephy and not Abdul. Next week will be somebody else. “What I do know is that we have a group that are really working hard in training, fighting for the shirt. Some guys deserve more opportunities than they’ve been given but we’ve got the numbers that we’ve got. “We’re trying to manage all that in a positive way. The guys are doing that, they’re putting the team first. We will continue with that regardless of anything else. “Abdul’s a really good young player, really exciting, a good attitude, a nice kid, and he’s got a really bright future in front of him. Getting to the player he wants and will become, there will be spells like he had last year in the Championship where he did really well, and he’s also going to have spells where he needs to come through. It’s normal.”
  9. Looks like they have just cleared up and closed off all the ones that will have ended / no more money is owed to MacQuarie
  10. This is all I will ever remember that Southampton game for Rubbish. Watch and analyse the game properly and stop writing headlines like that which you know makes fans pile on with negativity. Play like that and we’ll be absolutely fine. Created numerous brilliant chances and win comfortably on another day.
  11. 2 times isn’t it? Beat them twice last season but lost both times against them in the relegation season
  12. Yesterday’s Result - Tuesday 8th October EFL Trophy: Silko Thomas (6.8 + yellow card - 30 mins) - Wigan Athletic 2-0 Carlisle
  13. We had a third on the bench… Soumare
  14. Its annoying because in the first 2 games against Liverpool and Arsenal we looked really good The performance against Palace was a massive drop off from that level
  15. If Cooper REALLY did watch our games from last season then he should already know the perfect way to be able to beat them Do I think he will set us up in a similar way to be able to exploit Southampton? Probably not...
  16. Dreadful performance today, complete opposite to what we saw from them all in the first two games, everyone seemed way off it Hopefully that was more just everyone having an off day rather than a return to the norm
  17. Nice goal from Palace Deserved really
  18. Should've scored really
  19. Hopefully the stream stays up for the whole game this week Not a good start with it stuttering
  20. How Soumare gets on the bench let alone actually on the pitch today, especially at a time when we needed players on the pitch who will actually put some effort is baffling
  21. I thought he was alright today But I still don’t think he should be starting, and definitely not playing nearly a full 90 He would’ve been the perfect player to bring on today after 60 minutes when we needed to take some pressure off and keep the ball up the pitch for a bit
