  1. I think you’d get those scenarios with this change though. That’s why I don’t understand it. It won’t change marginal calls, it just makes them different marginal calls.
  2. Just leaving this here to make everyone smile. Cracking stuff!
  3. What do you think of this? I don’t see why the rules of the game should change to suit technology and the TV viewer? This will lead to more goals, and maybe reduce the amount of offsides - but there will surely still be extremely marginal calls where it’s not possible to tell if someone is offside by the width of a pubic hair? Just massively feels like the tail is wagging to dog here.
  4. Whoever the worst team in the PL will be. So Norwich
  5. Fofana will be remembered here as a good player but fairly irrelevant in the grand scheme of things as he only played 37 times (according to Wikipedia). One of those might have been the FA Cup final, but give me Walshy, Matt Elliott or Gerry Taggart every day of the week.
  6. Agnew makes me laugh. I think it’s his appearance and his receding bald vibe. He looked more like a librarian than a footballer. But then saw him recently as a coach, and he’s clearly wet shaves his head and he looks pretty menacing like an enforcer/gangster type. But yea love a retro. I’m often seen sporting the 84 blue one. Want the 87, 91 or 94 one next I think. https://www.sporting-heroes.net/football/leicester-city-fc/steve-agnew-10532/league-appearances_a37133/
  7. What sort of time do you have to turn up then? And do you hang around the car park?
  8. It was easy in the 90s, and particularly at grounds like The Dell. But it’s 2024 and grounds like The Dell no longer exist so this post is not very helpful.
  9. He never got a run in the side, but also seemed to have a lot of injuries which restricted availability. To this day I’m not entirely sure what his best position is.
  10. Yea it’s more comedic than a serious proposition, although not that comedic as there have been instances of clubs signing the wrong player after some confusion.
  11. I’m also concerned about his age and career trajectory to date. I get that players can develop and peak at different ages, but he’ll be 30 in 18 months.
  12. I see a few clubs are sniffing around Spanish international Nico Williams who plays for Athletic Bilbao. If Rudkin pursued him he’d plump for Welsh international Neco Williams from Notts Forest!
  13. I think Enzo could turn Soumaré into a player. There were glimpses (albeit few and far between) and he has the raw attributes. Combined with that I imagine no one will pay enough to cover our outlay on him, he’ll either go out on loan or Enzo will have to utilise him.
  14. A proper great for his service and achievements, and will go down in folklore for first Champions League goal in Brugge and then THAT goal against Sevilla.
  15. This thread is quite good isn’t it. He’s our ****in centre back!
  16. Thankfully I don’t know who you’re talking about!
  17. Haha exactly. I just had to look that up, but totally agree!
  18. Honestly what were they thinking. Someone who was famous for about 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
  19. Yea I thought throwing Filbert Fox toys out stunk of belittlement. Not good optics - like be thankful and have a toy…
  20. Also I chose not to queue up at the Clio. Shop to buy more tat because they had exclusive access
  21. I felt sorry for him at Preston as well. He hung back and clapped pretty slowly. I noticed a few like JJ went over to speak to him. But Souttar has done nothing wrong. I rate him. He’s not rapid but he’s no slouch for a big guy and great in the air. But those attributes aren’t Enzo ball.
  22. Dan Bates the Foxeshub media chap
  23. Who was that? My moneys on Ndidi
  24. So that means Rudkin will offer £80k a week then
