Now this has been out a month or so, people would've had a good amount of time with it. What's the consensus? It's a strange game IMO. I think IGN's "controversial" 7/10 was probably about right... Maybe an 8/10, but at the same time I can't put it down or stop thinking about it.

It certainly wasn't a couple of pissed up lowlifes after a kick in the middle of the night. This much cvntery takes serious planning. Tree surgeon on Reddit reckoned there's probably less than ten thousand arborists in the country who could pull off felling a tree that size, that cleanly and have the proper equipment to do it.

Someone's done that out of pure malice in the knowledge at how much that iconic tree meant to so many people. There's no other reason. Imagine how shit your life has to be. Just some room temperature IQ waste of oxygen wanting to spread their misery, or wanting to be the billy big bollocks amongst their equally thick as pigshit mates. Fvcking dregs of society man. Was reading on Reddit that it wasn't an amateur job either. Clearly done by a trained arborist.

I lived on the Narb for years. One of my best mates still lives up towards Braunstone Town. Never once did I have any issues with anyone in that area, even during my more hedonistic days. Maybe I just got lucky. There's plenty of dodgy people around, but there is in every town and city. The country is fvcked. It's no surprise. Closest I ever got to getting in trouble was when some shirtless junkie (who was very much a Leicester local, by the way) chased me around Castle Park Benny Hill-style because I refused to give him a quid. Brauny Gate and the area towards the university is so much better than it used to be.

They need to fix the economy in this game. A 1x1 hab module in the ship builder costs the same as about 10 apple chunks. There's little to spend your credits on and you get a LOT of credits without even really trying.

Radio 1 during the daytime is obnoxious shit for idiots. Constantly absolutely awful presenters bellowing nonsense. Some of the niche night time programming is OK, mind. Although they seem to have migrated their specialist shows over to 6 Music.

Big fat slice of humble pie for Robofox. Thought the dude was absolutely finished after last season, his turnaround is almost as remarkable as his drop off. Rodgers has a lot to answer for. W@nker.
