  1. Not a bad shout, At least it won't shatter Mads confidence if we let in 5 or more.
  2. Even worse than that. How he ever thought that VK would do better on the wing than Stephy. Then when you cross over to JJ on the right, He's had no defensive support from whoever was supposed to be playing on the right. Is it any wonder we have been conceding Goals while depending on set pieces and living off scraps up top.
  3. Revolt is a too strong a word but there is a lack of leadership from the Manager and I put that down to Coopers inexperience. It's been the Players who have bailed us out and gathered the few points rather than Leadership from the touchline. That's a big concern given some of his weird decisions. His Tactics hasn't worked so he needs to get back to basics ot tweak the tactics. That means putting your best players on the pitch and getting a few results. That's how he'll win the Players and Fans over.
  4. The only one above the Manager generally is the Chairman/Ceo/ Owner. They rely on the Manager they brought in to do the job they want which is usually to improve the squad and bring success. Which is why the Manager is still the most important person at the Club as everything begins to fall into place and success follows.
  5. At least someone is on top of his lob.
  6. Agree 100 % with you. I've said this many times. The most important person at any Club is the Manager. Get the right one in and everything else falls into place.
  7. Chelsea will always be bigger than us and so can attract players. That doesn't mean we cant compete if we find the right players and Manager. How many Managers have tried and failed at Chelsea in recent seasons including Potter , Potch etc. While spending a fortune in the process. Enzo joins and has them competing at the top end just like he done here. That must prove something of his ability. The fact they are playing a different system just proves how good a Coach he is that he can decide the Tactics based on the Players at his disposal. I think things soured between Enzo and the Club when they didn't back him in the January Window in signing the Italian lad. Which seemed badly handled by the Club. The problem with the Coaches is universal in the game but he got a lot of the Coaches to join us when he came. So I guess they were going to stay with him when he left. We'll never know how far he would have taken us now but I sure would have liked to see him continue the journey. Unlike the mess we're in now where we don't even know when the next win will come.
  8. Yes there was some poor performances near the end but I'd put that down more to the players tiredness and anything else. Early season there were also some great games. The mere fact he has Chelsea playing a different system shows he no one trick pony.
  9. Given the way we're setting up and Cooper not picking our best players it's hard to see where any points are coming from. The few points we've managed so far is more to do with the players digging in and having a go than it is the Manger. And that doesn't last for long, Soon they'll just go through the motions and lose most games.
  10. Sorry to disagree but you're wrong , Enzo would have improved the squad to his liking and continued to build success here. Yes even I wasn't happy with everything I seen but I knew we were a work in progress. If only the Club could have backed him the way they did Rogers he may be still here. And I understand why they couldn't. He's the best Coach I've seen in my time in the game. I know Pep is the manager at Man City but I sometimes think their success has as much to do with Enzo's Coaching when he was there. Just watch him continue to build success at Chelsea and think that could have been us if he was still here.
  11. The Reply might be a better watch.
  12. If we start like we have in most games so far then yes, there is areal chance we could lose.
  13. I think I read it in today's Mercury, I guess I should have known better.
  14. Eduard is Cup tighed I believe.
  15. I feel exactly the same, I can't stand Southgate who I feel is another chancer and overrated.
  16. It's a matter of getting the players focused. To do that you have to get into their heads a little while talking up or down the opposition depending on what suits the occasion. You have to build it as a big game, Otherwise players treat it as just another game and you get a lacklustre performance. Which is the way we've started all games so far.
  17. And that's been a problem since Cooper arrived, Players not prepared to start the game in the right frame of mind. As a Manager it's your job to switch them on to the game and pump them up. O'neill, Pearson, Ranieri were all good at getting the right attitude into the players for games.
  18. It sounds like he trying to justify leaving Ricky out now , Claiming it doesn't matter much who plays RB as they all as good as each other. Well, we know differently, Ricky is the standout RB at the Club.
  19. So only about 25% on here know anything about Football.
  20. There's only a couple of reasons why we're not bottom of the league and Cooper gets no credit for any of them. 1. The brilliance of Hermansen in Goal. 2. The Goals from Vardy. 3. The brilliance and Goals from Mavadidi on the Wing. Without those we'd be adrift and bottom of the league.
  21. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to happen. There's something we're not being told unless Cooper is really that stupid and thinks Ricardo is our worst defender.
  22. We should sue the Var officials for our 2 points back. Probably never get them but it would create such a stink that they'd know not to mess with the Foxes.
  23. The kid struggled in the first half but never shirked or hid away, He kept trying and thats the first sign of a decent player. He was caught in possession to often due to the pace of the league, But I'm sure he'll improve as he develops a little more. First half we struggled big time and Cooper should have replaced him at half time for Skipp who would have brought some energy to the Team. I wouldn't write him off though.
  24. It shouldn't be surprising when they've been Coached by Enzo, one of the greatest coaches ever to now work with Cooper, Who tells the players go and work it out for yourselves. Simply no good enough.
  25. And only brought Mav on in desperation against Fulham, Who has now scored twice to get us points.
