Emmanuel Latte Lath - "interested" (no bid.)
Clever Fox replied to LestaLad's topic in Transfer Talk
I guess if we're in for this lad we are not getting Ferguson from Brighton. -
Yes, But that's because that's the only option we have. We are too one dementional. I've read that Ruud wants to sign a big strong CF. Someone who can hold the Ball the Ball up while others get into position. This is something we've needed ever since Rogers let Ulloa go and never replaced him. I think Cannon would trive in this system, Where he just needs to be quick over a short distance, which he is. And he has a finishers instincts for positioning. The strange thing is he hasn't even tried Edouard in any game so lets see what Happens in this Window.
-
If Pearson were DOF they'd be signed by now or on there way here.
-
Funnily you say that. If Ruud gets his big man Striker he's looking for I wouldn't mind seeing Cannon playing along side him. Cannon is more a Poacher than a Striker, And with someone to feed off he could get a hatful of Goals.
-
Last season was different, Right now he's nowhere near good enough for what we need. I'm not doubting he has some ability. But we need quality and real fighters to get us up the Table. Unless Chelsea are giving us 50 + million and throwing him into the deal for PSR purposes.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

I doubt there's any truth in that story. I'm sure Ruud doesn't even know him so if there's anyone pushing Cassedei I'd say it's Rudkin. Not Ruud. -

The Kudos goes with doing well in the Premier league. He may well like the Challenge of taking us back to the top. Where plenty of offers would come his way. I just hope the Club will have learned from last Seasons mistakes in allowing Enzo get away cheaply. -

I totally agree, That's the problem for Rudkin to resolve and Top should be putting him under pressure to get it done. Especially if he sanctioned the signings. -

He's been dealt a tough hand with all the injuries, So he can only play what's available. Not ideal. I think a lot will depend on who he brings in this Window. I see the rest of this season pretty much as a free hit to sort us out and get us back on the right track. I'm confident that he will improve things even if it does take a little while to see the turn around. He should have learned a lot form the top managers he worked under both as a player and Coach. With a good Window the turn around may just happen a little quicker. -
Our Dog has never received a Phone Call. So why does my wife insist he needs a Collar I D.

We might have if only Chelsea didn't step in and buy him. He was clearly an Enzo favourite. -
Hopefully we catch them off guard sd I think they've more of an eye on Europe. A few injuries to them will help.

Yes, Business is very much Global nowadays, You would think that theyed be looking for an opportunity to grow the KP Brand further. Whelan is an expert on Duty Free, That's where she cut her Teeth before taking on KP with Richai. My guess is the Board are quite old as in Richai's wife and Susan and the young blood are too inexperienced like tops sisters and brothers. They probably should be looking too bring in someone with a proven record of success in there business model.
-
It really depends on who we sign in this Window. Fill the holes with quality and we may finish ok, just outside the Relegation zone.
-
To my knowledge , There is no duty in Europe anymore. Stuff is very often cheaper in the shops than at the Airport. By the time you set up and pay all the rent space etc the profits are probably too small. Also as someone else said the legislation is a lot tighter.
-
He's been here too long now and needs to move on if only for his career. We need to free up space in the Squad to sign others.

I thought Blooper had improved VK quite a bit and he is getting better with more game time though still has errors in him. Soumare has everything needed to be a top player but I think he's one of those that need special encouragement. ( An arm around him so to speak.) He was showing improvement under Blooper but Ruud seems to have figured him out quickly and has him offering more. I think Soumare and Winks can offer us exactly what we need playing with NDiddi as the holding player. With Bilal playing the 10 role where he has the freedom to plays as he sees it.

100% This. I totally agree. There's a lot more enjoyment playing in the Championship where Teams are more evenly matched. The big Clubs are hoarding lots of young players just to keep them away from Clubs like us and others.
-
I hope not.
-
Utd could be joining us soon down the bottom. 5 loses on the trot.
-
Amorim Struggling at UTD already. Surprise, Surprise.
-
Neither have Utd, I think.
-
I thought Enzo would have done us a turn tonight, I think they have there eyes on europe.
