We have many products from the grassroots system that have either gone onto making a way into our first team or having good careers in the lower leagues. More than most clubs I would say.

We can't moan about other bigger clubs taking out players. We have done the same to smaller clubs academies for years. When one gets snapped up, we should embrace it and let them go with our blessing and hope they take the opportunity . It's the circle of life in football. Whatever pool you swim in, a bigger fish can always cone and snap you up. The bigger clubs rinse the smaller clubs, and we are no different to anyone else's.
