I agree but I don't see it happening.

Oh yeah, we will 100% get a CM. I just don't think it will be a 6. It will be ! #8.
-
I just don't see a #6 coming in. We might not be happy with the options there but currently we have 3/4 of them. Winks, Choudhury, Skipp, Soumare. Without a massive movement in outgoings with those players, we are going to have to hope that one of them steps up.

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)

Ghana didn't qualify so Ayew and Fatawu will be here and Ivory Coast have a fair amount of high profile strikers. It is very doubtful they call up Kone. -
When comparing Mads and Jakub... *Ball at feet* Mads is far superior. *Comand of area* Jakub is a fair bit better. *Shot stopping* Mads edges it. ....So yes, Mads is better over all but for the sake of losing a keeper who can start attacks, we are gaining one that should make us stronger in dealing with crosses coming into the box. More importantly, we are gaining a bit more financial security and hopefully a striker who can actually score goals so I reckon this has to happen.

I personally don't like those arrangements even though they do make sound business sense. I resent the idea that a player contributes to our relegation, then buggers off for a year while we work to get back up, only to return for the glory bit again. Again, I know it makes sense and my opinion on it is a clear case of emotion getting in the way of good business but 8t just doesn't sit right with me. -
That makes more sense.

I'm not sure how true that is.... We can't reject a bid that meets the agreed upon clause because someone else offers more. In that scenario it would just be down to Chelsea to offer the player a better financial package than anyone else.
-
Haller is the one that comes to mind.
-
If we do sign him and he starts the season well, what are his chances of being called up for AFCON? How deep are Ivory Coast at striker? We are already losing Daka and Bilal if they stay but thankfully Ghana didn't qualify so will have Ayew and Fatawu.
-
Brownhill won't still be available by the end of the window. If we are planing on waiting for Bilal to go before we move for him. It's a risk.
-
I think Mads, JJ and Ndidi will go this week. Bilal will go in the last day(s) of the window and we will claim we never had time to replace him despite knowing he would go all summer.
-
He got released did he not?
-
If VK is injured and will be out for a bit, I doubt he will move on. I think we are just going to have to hope that Marti works his magic on him.
-
I was under no illusion that he was going this window and when he didn't play today, I figured it was close. JJ and mads will be going this week too I reckon.
-
Woyo obviously isn't fancied what so ever. How many minutes did he get on pre-season? A handful?
-
A collision? With what? A fuching Ford Fiesta?
-
He's a bit of a strange one. Looked like he was going to be something special when he broke through at Raith Rovers when he was 16. Moved to Fulham and disappeared into obscurity. Only just got his career back on track after a decent loan spell at Northampton before moving to Hibs last year. A cautionary tale of moving to England too early.

Mcateer has played well since coming on.

That press really does burst into life at times.
-
Bilal just doesn't look like a player who wants to leave. I know he probably will but his wee smiley face is giving me dangerous hope.
-
Absolutely sexual!
-
He scores when he want!
-
The pitch looks good.
