Igamane refusing to come off the bench and play! 😆 🤣
-
He'll be gone by the start of September. A loss against Celtic next week and he is done.
-
He'll get the next two games against Brugge and Celtic. He'll be gone by a week tomorrow.

So you would offer him a new contract? -
When do Ipswich score their late equaliser?

Charlton 0-1 LCFC, post-match thread
Scotch replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
I think Ayew definitely works better in the hole behind the striker but my problem with him is that he needs the ref to protect him. Last week is a great example, the ref wasn't buying his falling over when the defender leaned in and it renders him useless. -
Charlton 0-1 LCFC, post-match thread

The problem is CM. We have absolutely nothing in there. Teams can dominate that area on the ball and double up on our wingers off it because our midfielders can't create anything. -
I loved seeing that lad Coventry trying to rile him up. Fella, we've been trying to get some emotion out of the big jobby for year, you've got no chance.

Vestergaard has also scored a goal that got us our only win this season and I don't think he WAS worse than Nelson against was Huddersfield. If VAR was at play in that game, Nelson would have given away 2, maybe even 3 penalties. On TOP of giving the ball away consistently. I'm not advocating for Vestergaard. He has been terrible for most of his time here but not only has he shown more consistency at this level than Nelson (who admittedly hasn't had as much of a chance) but under Marti (which is all he can go off) he has contributed more than Nelson has.

Mads Hermansen sold to West Ham - Official
Scotch replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
And i don't think it's coincidental that it was Maresca that exposed that weakness. He knew exactly what he was doing. -
It's also important that we send a message to young players that they need to TAKE their chance when they get it. Monga did and now he starts. Page did, and now he starts. Both Alves and Nelson got a chance against Huddersfield and let themselves down. Now that's one game and not a reflection of their ability but it SHOULD and does have consequences. Those being a setback to their hopes of starting. They will get more chances this season, we need to hope that they now understand how important it is for them to take it.

Winks and Faes really need to go. They are clearly better than the options that are starting ahead of them but don't want to be here so all they are doing is assuring that crap players start ahead of them and they are actively weakening the team by their meere presence. You think they would get the hint that if anyone wanted them, they would have signed them by now and get over themselves. There is a reason the fans don't like them.

I had a wee look at his thread on their forum and it's wild. He is going to have a job on his hands changing their mind. -
This. Plus all the younger academy lads don't need to be registered.
-
No we don't. We have 23 and a bunch of academy players that have been training with the first team but only like 2/3 of them have actually played in the first team. 1. Stolarcyck 2. Begovic 3. Faes 4. Souttar 5. Vesty 6. Nelson 7. Okoli 8. Woyo 9. Justin 10. Thomas 11. VK 12. Ricardo 13. Soumare 14. Skipp 15. Winks 16. Hamza 17. Bilal 18. Alves 19. Mavididi 20. Fatawu 21. BDCR 22. Daka 23. Ayew Monga and page would probably be included in the first team but there is no evidence that Evans, Aluko will be and i'm certain Braybrooke, Golding and Wanya will not be So "30" is a stretch.

Wout Faes (Besiktas interest, Fabrizio Romano)
Scotch replied to jonny_wright's topic in Transfer Talk
If one of your balls has a big hairy Belgian tumour on it, you cut it off and make do with one. You don't keep it just to have two like all the other boys. -

Gerrimm Wout! -
Thats what I've heard, yeah but there hasn't been any official details. It's all a bit weird but if it is true, I suppose you are right.

I cant see us managing to sell him in the best circumstances never mind him being out injured for a few weeks.

Kasey McAteer sold to Ipswich - Official
Scotch replied to urban.spaceman's topic in Leicester City Forum
Even if PSR wasn't an issue, selling a player for above what he is worth is always good business. -
Marti's press conference wound me right up with regards to his political answers around transfers. Thing is, he answered like all managers do. They never reveal anything and nor should they. He absolutely done the right thing. The logical part of my brain knows this but that other part of my brain wanted to dive through the screen and pull his hair! ....I think it's because we've been starved of any information what so ever from the club.

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)
Scotch replied to lcfc_forever's topic in Transfer Talk
That's the thing though isn't it? We were OK with selling Mads if it meant keeping Bilal. Now we are OK with selling Bilal if it means keeping Fatawu. Who are we going to want to keep in favour of selling Fatawu? Monga? It's going downhill fast. -
I'm still convinced we will get in a few loans in the last few days after we know exactly what we are left with. Not convinced they will be up to the standard we need or if there will be enough of them to cover the holes in the squad though.

"Peace to God" is actually an anagram of "go adept CEO" He's off. -
Earning £30k a week there, being the highest paid player in the squad isn't the same as earning £30k a week here and being on less the Booby Soumare and Jordan Ayew...
