The people who make our signings SHOULD have more informed opinions than that of opposition fans. They should know if they are going to be played in the system that saw the form that lead to us signing them OR if they could play in the system we would have them playing... Problem here is I'm not really sure what it is you're looking for then.... between the 3, we have 2 young managers and one older head. All have experience in the league, two of them with promotion from it. One plays attacking, adaptive football with quick counters. One plays possession, slow, patient football and One plays defensive practical football. They are all at the level we can attract so what is it you're looking for because I'm struggling to see who you think we can realistically get that can offer us more than what these 3 do, depending on what kind of football you want us to play.

The fact that this guy is still in a job can only be one of two reasons... 1, Top doesn't UNDERSTAND how badly Rudkin is running us. 2, Top doesn't CARE how badly he is running us. That's it. Incompetence or indifference. Take your pick because there is no other justification of continuing to employ a man who has steered us to TWO relegations and TWO PSR breaches in THREE years! None. The more I think about it, the angrier i get.

The manager situation isn't a great look but it's not the main issue! How Rudkin is still the one making these decisions is completely unbelievable. Ruud has been crap at his job for months but this guy has been useless for YEARS! 2 PSR charges and 2 relegations in 3 years yet he still has a job? I can't actually imagine what it would take for him to lose it? Murder?
