Don’t care what he or anyone else says until things visibly improve. -

Reminds me of Tom Cannon a lot. -
Crazy to me that not one manager since 15/16 has tried to replicate the playing style and values we had such success with.

Stol Ricardo Nelson Vestegaard Kristiansen James Winks Ramsey Fatawu Evans Monga None of our strikers have been working, so let’s change it up. Get Page back in the squad too. -
Give it 7 hours we’ll all see it first hand

Like the look of this. Carranza deserves a start as Ayew and Daka have offered nothing.

Prefer political treyarch myself.

George Floyd was not a good guy, no one is arguing that he is (except for right wingers who spend too much time on facebook’s perceived strawman idea of “the left”). That dosen’t mean he deserved to die fgs. Of course that has nothing to do with why players would be kneeling in 2025 - instead it’s a wider anti racism message. It’s definitely needed, the way the country has been in the last couple of years. If you’re getting so wound up about players kneeling for a few seconds then maybe you should reevaluate what you stand for, and what being “anti anti racism” makes you.

I thought Inler was the stand out signing of our summer window in 15/16…
-
We’ve forgot what it feels like to have a decent signing

Can’t wait for more anecdotes about Brazilian name pronunciation and the Republic of Korea.

The guy is already our best player

What a disgusting specimen. The fact they as a fanbase almost unanimously defend this scumbag is telling.

Breath of fresh air after starting with Skipp and/or Soumare for so long.

Tom Cannanza -
Ref is shit

Can we retire Ayew to his sofa please. It’s time for a flat cap and tobacco pipe.
-
All we need him to be is some sort of striker to be better than what we’ve got
-
Was the same against Preston. Now we’ll be chasing the game for 80 minutes.
-
I’ve been impressed with Monga’s crossing and unselfishness so far. I can see him and Carranza working well together, as a striker who carries more of an aerial threat rather than Ayew who’s usually closer to the touchline than the penalty spot.

Would like to see him start next time. Looked better with him on. -
To be fair I’ve always found it weird how Cov fans refer to us as “incester” etc, when no other fanbase seems to have this view of the area, not even Notts. It’s not like we’re any more rural either, the cities are the same size. Seems like they randomly generated an insult for us.

Had a great time at Cádiz - Eibar yesterday. The Nuevo Mirandilla is a beautiful ground, looks something like a mini version of La Bombonera, 3 open stands and 1 roofed with the sun beaming down and sea breeze in the air. Very steep seats too, and it looks much bigger than the 20,000 odd it holds. In the build up to the game, cafes and bars around the beach were full of fans decked out in shirts from hours before kick off. Then it’s just a minutes or so walk inwards and you’re at the ground. Atmosphere was very good too, the Brigadas Amarillas were at it for the full 90, and really pushed the team to get the first goal and then to see out the 1-0 win (goal coming from local hero and ex Liverpool, A.C Milan and Sevilla Suso). They had some very very catchy songs too. The quality of football was awful in the first half from both sides, but the game opened up in the second half. There was also no noticeable away end, and I only saw 1 person in an Eibar shirt aside from the 11 on the pitch all day - though they are a small club from a small town at the other end of the country. One thing I’ve not seen in any other country though is they don’t serve any alcohol at the stadium in Spain. Though there was a strong smell of weed in the concourse at half time
