Eriksen and Daley Blind both had defibrillator devices fitted. Is there a reason Lockyer didn't? Was it a different condition? Game off.

Yes, still is at the minute, but Sky reporting the game looks likely to continue.

Sherwood thought it was a clash of heads, but appears to be changing his mind. Just hope he's OK.

Xmas shopping all done, now for the tricky part... Bribing one of the kids to wrap them all. Now to plan food and drink for Xmas day!

Say what you like about paying bills, going to work and the normal stresses of everyday life. Undoubtedly, the hardest thing about being an adult is having to plan what to eat for dinner every single night until you die. We typically rotate the same old stuff over and over. If we do discover something new and everyone likes it, we'll make it too regularly and everyone gets bored of it. I usually phone my Mrs around 9ish every morning, one of us, without fail, will say "what's for dinner?"

Another fake-away tonight. Chicken shish kebabs and Lamb doner kebabs. Meat is marinating in the fridge right now. To be served in naan bread, with salad, red cabbage, pickled chillies and absolutely slathered in yoghurt and mint sauce and hot sauce.

I haven't. I know you mentioned it before. I just do some basic core strengthening exercises, which have definitely reduced the frequency of me hurting my back. I should probably give it a try.

Following on from slipping a disc last week, just by getting out of the car... It goes one of two ways. Crippling sciatica 90% of the time, or, in my case today, a completely fvcked up neck. In absolute agony. The slipped disc is manageable, but not being able to turn my head awful. And how did that happen? Well, I walked out of a petrol station and just got an intense shooting pain. Genuinely thought my head was about to fall off. I wouldn't wish back/spine trouble on anyone. Apart from maybe Brendan Rodgers and Peter Taylor.

Time to admit that my eyesight is getting really bad and I need to go to the opticians. Long distance is fine, but I'm struggling to see things up close. I've got some glasses that I should use for reading, but never really have. Think I'm going to be a full on speccy tw4t That's fine, I'm just worried that they won't be able to replicate the lenses that go in my cool as fvck Ray Ban aviator sunglasses I should also add that I've got horrendously uneven ears. To the naked eye, you wouldn't really notice, but put a pair of specs on me and...well, yeah, you can tell.

We got a few cheeses in for Xmas. I submitted to temptation. I've basically had a whole block of Port Salut with chilli jam, on water biscuits. I feel dirty, but it was so damn good.

This is a brilliant point. Most of you know I spend my days driving cars over the country for a living. Some of them are horrendous. The new Golf is an utter nightmare. The controls are almost unusable. Volvo are bad too. And the climate control on BMW's almost requires a masters degree in engineering to operate. I want to use the climate control and the radio, that's it. Physical knobs and buttons are far superior to any touch screen system. Just make the basics simple. I'm not arguing that the screens look good on a lot of cars (Mercedes and Kia to name just 2) but it's not suitable for everything. Some cars won't let you view certain things on the screens whilst you're driving, for safety reasons, but think it's OK for me to have to navigate so many screens to put a heated windscreen on.

Did anyone watch Dynamo Is Dead? Horrendous. I feel for the guy and what he's gone through, but that was just the worst thing I've ever seen. It was basically just bad acting.

Dashcam footage of @kingcarr21 You're completely right though. I honestly don't know how so many people have a driving licence.

Tonight wasn't. If Enzo is telling them that it was, there's a big problem.

It was sloppy. Conceding a goal at the death was unprofessional. Going forward it's slow. First half was dreadful. Just because we've won doesn't mean everything was amazing. It wasn't. Far from it. We've scraped so many games by the skin of our teeth, yet so many people on here say Ipswich are lucky. I don't care how much possession we have, that wasn't good enough against a shite team. Papering over cracks.

It's 3 points, but let's be honest, it wasn't great.

And I'll come back at you with Musa v Barca. One swallow doesn't make a summer.

I've already poked fun at myself for that post. But to be honest, I stand by it. He's still utter dogshite. And if anyone has seen evidence to the contrary, I'm all ears. I'll wait.

My Mrs had a a little Xmas party at work today and everyone had to take something in. One of her co-workers made an aubergine curry and a lentil curry, then told Laura to bring some home for me. I warmed them up at half time and had them with some plain rice. Absolutely delicious.
