Safe standing - time to act
Foxmeister replied to Safe Standing Roadshow's topic in Leicester City Forum
Hypothetically I would expect the capacity to increase but it would require major changes to the rows. -
Not every player at u23 level is there to progress to 1st team. Those that have real potential still need a squad of lesser lights around them.
-
Apparently it's 19 years today since the Mendes goal was ruled out at Old Trafford. The Match of the Day clip is really interesting because Peter Schmeichel and Alan Hansen elude to VAR and both said that if it gets introduced it'll be used for offsides and penalties and when you start looking at grey areas we'll have problems. How right they were.

The World's Oldest (and Greatest) Cup Competition

Fantastic link, it seems like Sheffield rules were as near to Rugby as football. Right angle throw-ins being like lineouts, rouges like tries and the tackling would keep VAR busy by the sounds of things. -
That's a fair point, at the time I posted I wasn't aware the landscape had changed so much, it looks like the 2 international tournaments will make less difference than expected. The 3 chasing clubs must be gutted.
-
I have zero recollection of that 🙈

Rotherham can consider themselves unfortunate to be relegated with 80 points.

What's the Liverpool player and is that a lawn mower???
-
The biggest benefit to winning this is 1 less league game in AFCON.

Duncan Disorderly strangling Freund and Pearson doing the same to Macarthur. Vardy breaking corner flag at Sheff Utd. Heskey goal in 4-0 at Derby '98 maybe? Juggy from the BS, flag from 21/22 european tour.

Huddersfield (H) 4-1 - New Years Day - Post-Match Thread

We've got 3 points less than when we got into the play-offs in 2013. -

There are times a ref manages a game well early on and it makes the rest look easy. He deserves credit for that performance. -
Playing Huddersfield gives me flash backs, in 2013 I went to the away game only to realise I was a day late! I thought it was bizarre how quiet it was near the ground, checked my phone only to find out we'd won 2-0 the night before.

The cheese pilferer! I hope if we sign anyone in January they don't get involved in that sort of nonsense!
-
Those 3 would've only played 21 championship games this year. Edit: beaten to the punch again.
-
I wonder if Nacho leaving will be some early business in the window 🤞

Just paint the centre spot red
-
I actually think this could be the way forward. Nobody goes to games at all we just get emailed a spreadsheet on Monday morning.
-
I've often thought about this and I've come to the conclusion that, if you're a bit thick, you totally disassociate news with actual human lives and suffering.
-
The police will need a complaint before they act if anyone wants to do the honours. There needs to be consequences for this sort of cowardice.
-
It's not entirely without factual basis, he averages a goal every 5 appearances at that level.
-
There's sound reasons why no club was prepared to sign him in the summer for a fraction of the price of Barnes or Maddison. 20 top managers didn't fancy him which suggests they didn't put much store in that statistic either.
-
Not 1 of the rest on that list would go for less than £70m so we should be able to cash in next month..... either that or there's a stat to prove anything.
-
I think Kel struggles from here, his record is pretty poor at the top level.
-
We absolutely do not accept human error from referees, they get death threats when they make mistakes. I've even seen a suggestion on here that their bank accounts should be made public.
