This is my take too. He's done well recently and hopefully remains fit to be relied upon as our options in central midfield are fairly scarce (as they are out wide too). 1st half last night he was excellent and had he got that cross right for Vardy to steer in to an empty net in the 2nd half then we'd have been raving about his performance. I like the angles he creates in the right channel, just thought Fatawu wasn't utilising this as much last night as he has previously.

Fatawu's performance last night was a real mixed bag. There were some excellent phases of play inside but at other times his passing and ball retention were horrendous. Infuriating at times but hopefully all part of his learning. The run just before he was subbed typified it, there's a long way to go for him.

Which would be 21 wins on the spin in the league come the end of the season, surely a 2nd division record.

Yes that's what I think which is bizarre he's suddenly come to that conclusion after he scored two in two and changed both games. He can still play 7 times for us before the suppose obligation. Anyway if Enzo's made his mind up, get Alves on the bench instead.

Mad to say it but Vardy very much needs to prove himself tonight that he's still at the level to start games for us. He was unlucky not to get awarded 2 on his last start in the cup vs Birmingham as he was onside and then he's got a brace vs Stoke so there's bits of form there. Let's see what he can do, I shan't be writing him off. Every goal we get from him now is just a huge privilege to see, but there's little room for sentiment.

10 bookings doesn't incur a 2 match ban though after 37 games, but 15 would be a 3 game ban if he then racked up 6 more in that time.
