A couple of years later my parents took me to the Junior Foxes Xmas party at Filbo one night. We walked in all nervous as some of the players were there and the first to walk up to us and introduce himself was Bobby Smith. I can't recall much about it but my old man says how polite and courteous Smith was and he really put us at ease, then he introduced us to Smith and Lineker. There's a picture of us all in the attic somewhere. RIP Bobby Smith

Good for you. I did similar in April at the start of my financial year. Simply explained I hadn't increased my prices for a few years and this was purely done to keep in line with inflation. Never had one complaint or one client leave. If your clients like you and the work you do for them, I bet they stay with you. It's a hassle for some clients to shop around and start again. Better the devil you know, even if it costs 10% more.
