Good to hear mate. I try to adopt the Yoga breathing exercises in day to day stressful situations too and it helps massively. I'm not quite a Zen master at mindfulness yet but I'm interested in exploring that more. The best part of Yoga for me is the relaxation bit at the end. I think it finished last year and 'Fenners' still sounds bitter and twisted about it all coming to an end. I see that him and Jimmy Bullard are doing podcasts and YouTube stuff now. Also saw recently that Tim Lovejoy and Helen Chamberlain are re-uniting after nearly 20 years to do their own podcast.

Apparently those people who are now 'hybrid' working since Covid tend to work Monday and Friday at home, then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office. Therefore Tuesday morning is the new Monday morning and Thursday evening is the new Friday evening as far as heavy traffic goes. Which is why people who commute Tuesdays, Wednesdays And Thursdays are known as TWATS!
