Okazaki needs to start every game

Think we need to sign someone in January to really push Okazaki for a starting place.
-
could he be our Okazaki replacement next year or is he an out an out winger? seem to recall him playing behind the striker last year

Is Shakespeare the right man for the job?

Pearson will be back by the end of the season, Shakes will be his number 2 and Walsh will be the DoF -
Is Slimani of premier league quality
foxes21 replied to willie-bell-in-rothley's topic in Leicester City Forum
He is premier league quality, but doesn't suit our system. Too slow to play at number 9 and won't drop deep into midfield when playing number 10. Also we won't change our system to accommodate him. He'd score at least 15 in a PL side that is built around him, like Benteke at Palace. -

Hope Walsh gets the blame instead of Koeman for this mess, so he can come back and replace rudders -

No surprise that Everton are burned out having to play 3 games a week. -

Zlatan returns to Man Utd then. Surely Rashford should leave? He's supposed to be a striker not a winger and now he has Lukaku and Zlatan ahead of him. Then next summer they'll probably sign Griezman and Rashford will be further down the pecking order. -

Have a feeling Newcastle will go down. Rafa will leave them around February time after Ashley refuses to invest in the January window & then they're Fuched. -
Nah that's the CB, Roshaun-Williams . No wonder Muskwe didn't look very threatening !
-
Pascanu has found himself 1v1/1v2 a lot of times but dealt with the threats comfortably. Needs to improve on the ball though. Moore looked comfortable alongside Huth but what CB wouldn't. Looks like he has a good positional sense to be fair. A year out on loan to league 1 would be good for them. On the other hand Amartey isn't a RB & Benalouane is awful. Why not promote these 2 lads to the first team squad? The worst that can happen is they don't make an impact in the cup & we have to sign a defender in January.

Similar player to Schlupp, but with brains. Naturally a left winger, gerrimin !

Brady is a tidy player, he has a decent all round game. Think we could have unlocked his true potential if we signed him back in January. -

Klopp only knows one way of playing, which requires constant pressing. That's going to be impossible, because they'll be playing every 3 days due to the CL. Their squad isn't great either. -
IMO I think the disenchantment is deeper than these past 3 years. We are coming to an end of a erratic 10 year rollercoaster journey.. However the ending is just the same as the beginning.. We are suffering from the same uncertain, unpredictable, clouded future we had under Rob Kelly, Martin Allen, Megson & Holloway. What direction is our club going in? Are the people behind the scenes right for the job? Do the players want it? These are all questions we find ourselves asking once again. When Pearson came along he gave us stability, structure and more importantly.. Hope. I'll never forget watching Lloyd Dyer destroy MK Dons in the first game of our L1 season & thinking we haven't had such an exciting player since Izzet. After years of turmoil Pearson steadied the ship. Can you remember the sigh of relief when Pearson returned and replaced Sven? Secretly we all yearn for the stability and structure Pearson gave us.. We knew we were progressing each year and understood the direction we were going. Everything felt comfortable, even in our great escape season you could just sense we were going to stay up. However now there is the same uncertain, unpredictable, clouded future as I stated earlier. I'm not saying Shakespeare is on the same level as Kelly or Holloway. But we have no clue how Shakespeare is going to perform this season, or if he's the right man for the job. Again our future is unclear.. We don't know what direction our club is heading in & their is little faith in our recruitment. So this is where I think the disenchantment comes from... We are emotionally drained... Burned out... We've seen everything from the high's to the lows. After tasting the success of not only these past 3 years, but also the stability and comfort of Pearson's era.. The upcoming season just feels like the same uncertain, unpredictable rollercoaster journey again.

Our priority should be an attacking RB so Mahrez can drift into the middle and link up with Iheanacho/Vardy.

Imo we should invest more in our academy, so we can bring players through instead of having to overpay for players from abroad/England. The prices in the transfer market are only going to get worse. -
I'd sell/loan him before Mendy/Musa. Hopefully Simpson doesn't get injured or suspended otherwise we are fuched. We haven't been linked with a RB all summer so it looks like the plan is to play Amartey there.
