I swear if we told him he'd lose 5k for every second (above 5 secs) he holds on to the ball he'd be blinding. He can hold the ball up well. But he has no urgency to pass or link up quickly. He's got strengths, but relentlessly undermines them with ponderous / greedy behaviour. Two touches pal or we're hitting your pocket!!

I love the battle and aggression he puts in. We know he's skilful. But he backs it with huge commitment and fight.

Which highlighted that there is an effective team hiding in that squad. Im not revisionist, but that performance would have beaten a lot of teams this season.

I see these kind of matches as an opportunity to build form. Too often in our relatively recent history a chastening FA cup defeat has triggered a slump in the league. We just, somehow, won a match. So let's see if we can win 2 in a row. Id really caution against a huge rotation and run the risk of a defeat. Careful rotation not wholesale!

I think we're just arguing slightly diff points. As I totally agree he has vast potential. So I just want that factored fully into any sale price. Stripping the moments of magic away. He has regressed massively this season. In the Prem he would not be afforded the space and time to relentlessly try one of his worldies. Good Prem defenders would read him like a book. But, I know theres a massive talent still locked in there. So I just hope our Rudderz ensures thats factored into any prem offers accepted.
