Tom Cannon - signed for Sheffield United

Ah I didn't spot that Stoke flag. But again context is everything. Patson was leading the line for no 1 champ team. Cannon is not. -

Remember that Patson was afforded the luxury of a run of games to get some form. Cannon was given piecemeal mins or binned off the moment Vards or Daka could walk. Important context info. -

That doesn't address the fact that he's the only one with potential to be around in a year. Phase out the shite & the old first before the (possible) succession plan. He's not the Messiah granted. But he's still young. And a squad needs 3+ strikers -

Unless there is clear evidence that he's already hit his ceiling we'd be nuts to sell. He's the future. Literally the only striker on our books who is. Vards, Daka, Eduoard will not be scoring us goals in 12 months time. -
Emmanuel Latte Lath - "interested" (no bid.)

I don't care about scoring goals. We can already do that. Occasionally!!! Can this lad ensure we kept a clean sheet? If not. I doubt he's the solution. -

My main issue with RVN is that he took over a team who haemorrhage goals. At least two a match on average. Yet we are still doing it. So a failure to improve / fix our no.1 issue would indicate he's pretty much failing -
Been extremely poor for 3/4 of the season. Body language seems off. And he has no belief that he can beat a FB currently. Really has drifted away from a from a couple of positive early games.

Utterly pointless

I'd have KDH in our midfield all day long. His energy and drive would create space for the other more technically gifted players. It's all about the blend. He has some very good attributes. But if all our club mids were fit. It's not the no.1 priority for me.

This has to be (an unlikely) win, as we are on a horrible slide. At this rate we'll be gone by mid Feb.

Facundo Buonanotte joins on loan - Official

He's been surpassed by EL K recently. Just guilty of not playing to ball early enough and not getting swallowed up in traffic. He's a good player. But he's not lived up to his early season form. Could do with him finding that form again quick sharp -
Man City post match thread - 0-2 loss

It's really disappointing that we lose one winger to an ACL. And the others mojo has fallen off a cliff. We need a winger to start performing like a winger - soon!!! -
I thought Mavs was woeful. Slowed down most attacks by cutting inside, pausing and then shovelling the ball backwards. He's out of form. And therefore Alves should get more of a go. We can only use of what we have. That includes the youngsters
-
He's playing like the lad we hoped we'd signed. Bit late to the party. But credit where it's due. I think his bromance with El K has ignited his fire.

Bilal El Khannouss joins - Official
Marshall Cockney Fox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
He's a quality player. And will only get better. He's also proof our recruitment system isn't entirely broken. -
Nope. You do hope he secured some transfer promises though before he signed that contract. Brave or bonkers decision
-
That bench!!! What an abomination for a team hoping to not get relegated 🫣🫣
-
He just doesn't offer much in any facet of forward play. He can't shoot, control a ball or even take up clever positions. He's unbelievably limited. Defenders only need to be wise to his bit of gas. But that's it. As even if he does find space he will likely miss hit / shank what comes next. Depressing player to watch.

Patson the Shanker is a true enigma to me. As whilst I have seen some fairly shite strikers wear our colours over the years. This lad came with Champions league pedigree. Yet consistently butchers anything that comes near him. I no longer get frustrated with Patson though. He's just a comedy figure now. How crap is that Edouard fella to be overlooked for the Shanker ?

Oliver Skipp Confirmed

I'm not quite sure what type of midfielder he is really. He's definitely not very adaptable. -

Not quite sure why we took off our best technician (Bilal) when chasing a game. Pool looked average at the back and needed attacking more. -
Pleased with his efforts. No disgrace on him tonight.

The Ward issue isn't Ruud's fault. He's inherited a ridiculous situation. But he does need to remedy it quick. -
The Ward Brain Fart Sweepstake Thread
Marshall Cockney Fox replied to Bilo's topic in Leicester City Forum
Is it brain farts? I thought it was more a case of just being seriously substandard i.e. he's a Div 1 keeper at best .
