There was something different about the QPR loss which made it by far the worst of the current batch. The previous two could easily be put down as genuinely bad luck, whereas with QPR we seemed to have run out of ideas against a dogged defence. With Vesty, Ricardo and Ndidi out, perhaps we could put it down to a cumulative loss of key players. That, plus KDH, JJ, Winks, Daka and both our wingers not being at their best. Everyone’s going to have to be at their best tonight to get back to winning ways, as our personnel issues are the same despite rumours of an Ndidi return - we really shouldn’t expect too much from him just yet even if he does make an appearance. Just hoping Enzo comes up with something and the players put in a shift 🤞

Amazing how quickly it’s possible to go from complacency to panic

The main issue is that I’d have to put up with Bein Sport and FoxTV again next season instead of the far superior Optus Sport.

The Bournemouth match, particularly extra time, and of course the result, gives me some hope that we’ve still got a decent team in there. However we’re now in a proper scrap for top two. We have a relatively slender lead over the others, but generally they are in better form, and we’ve got injuries to key players and of course Vesty still has another match to serve as a spectator. Gonna be close.

Pretty poor and sluggish all round really. No one stood out.

Oh dear, gonna be a more exciting end to the season than I was hoping. Prefer watching when we were winning every week. 3 in a row is pretty poor.

I think we’d survive with the current squad in the PL, but who are we going to lose (on a free)?

Wasn’t expecting that. Can’t extrapolate too much from that given the rotation in both sides, but there was certain no gulf in quality. I think we’d survive next season with this squad if we got promoted. Nice to see that Bournemouth’s finishing was no better than we’re used to in the Championship.
