We've a pre season friendly at 2.30pm, I'm not sure how I'm going to fit that in. Guaranteed a medal in the horse dancing. Bronze.

Bronze in the ladies windsurfing.

I don't believe football has a place at the Olympics. I know most of the athletes are professional these days but the footballers, golf and tennis et al, are in another league of professional to the folks competing in the rowing and gymnastics etc.

Peaty is back for tonight's relay.

The BBC updates have just posted a comment on the men's road race, they've just left the city and have 260km to go. 260km! F@&k that. Jesus, that's a long ride. I mean, that's the best part of 3 hours in the car. If we do a foxestalk Olympics, don't put me in for that.

Gold for the men's 8.

Brauny Gate used to be one of go to places for a work night out. Always great but I've realised this was about 20 years ago now. Slightly worried that I've just arranged a night out down there for next month.

9 gold medals and we're only half way through. Contrast to Atlanta in '96 where we won 1 gold. I'll save you the trouble to Google. Redgrave and Pincent in the rowing.

Thanks for the feedback. We didn't anticipate 4 to be sufficient, but unfortunately, the survey only allowed for one roof face. Although, it turns out that I measured incorrectly and that face will fit 8. We'd probably be happy with 8 panels and the 9.3 battery. We've definitely room for a lot more but even going to 12 panels with the larger battery ups the cost to £7k, which is above what we'd be looking to spend. We'll definitely be proceeding with solar, though. ETA - One option for more panels might be that we can claw back a bit of the quoted install/scaffolding cost as, most of where the panels will go is above the garage (it's a bungalow) so, won't need scaffolding. Might be a long shot but will be worth asking at the survey.

Tomorrow. Decathlon is first up.

The gymnastics are mesmerizing. I remember doing front flips, backflips and airborne summersalts at school. It was enough to land upright, in one piece, on the floor. These are doing it and landing on a 10cm wide beam, 1.5m in the air.

Leicester's own Katie Boulter, out of the women's doubles tennis.

Yes, bronze for the Men's 4.

So close in the ladies 4 but the Dutch edge it. Silver for GB

We've just had a quote from Solar Together, which is around half the cost of the quote from Octopus. The recommendation is for 4 panels and a 4.3 battery. You could only include one roof section in the survey but we've two we could use, one west and one east. We could therefore double up with panels and the 9.3 battery. Our consumption is about 5000 a year now with the EV, so just waying up if it's worth the extra £2/3kish outlay. How are those with panels getting on and did anyone else go ahead with an install?

Finally, donation complete. Thank you for all the work you and your teams do @kyleolly and LOROS have received my donation.

BBC News - Warrant issued for Katie Price's arrest https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cne4k0w1m1ko More good news. How you can owe people nearly £4m and constantly and blatantly disregard the court bankruptcy process beggars belief. Failed to turn up to court again due to being on holiday, again. At least she didn't try the Zoom call option again. Who the f@&k would think it's acceptable to do a Zoom call from the Maldives for your bankruptcy case! Although, I'm unsure if this warrant relates to bankruptcy one from 2019 or the new one this year for owing HMRC nearly £1m. ETA - it's contempt for bankruptcy number one.

Opening an email attachment or message,WhatsApp for example, creates an image file on your device, you've therefore, by the letter of the law, made an image. Solicited or unsolicited. I was also reminded when reading about this yesterday, that the legal definition regarding child pornography/indecent images, is 18. A person could legally have a physical relationship with someone aged 17 but if they sent you a naked/semi clothed photo of themselves, you're making an indecent image of a child. Which all seems a lot less disgusting than something involving a young child, which is what most of us would naturally assume when indecent images of children is mentioned. I'm not condoning what Edwards alleged offence is as one assumes the police / CPS haven't the resources to prosecute someone for the odd picture if, you're say 20 and in a relationship with someone who's 17. There's obviously more to it in the Edwards case and It's especially creepy given his age and position.

Silver medal in the canoe slalom. Pipped for gold by the last rower.

Can't you chose specific events on the red button?

Yes. I messaged on the first day. No response from them at all.

Sounds very much like the bloke I was stuck behind last weekend on the way to Shepshed. 20 - 25mph in the 50mph and then slowed down once we got the 30mph .
