I've had the copy and paste issue previously, so, tried the manual typing option but to no avail. Equally, clearing my cookies and an alternative browser. On this occasion, it's just to register a sim for my parents to have mobile data on my spare phone whilst I'm on holiday. I could've called and investigated further but it's just a temporary thing so, I've just used a different email address.

Trying to register a new sim on the Tesco mobile website - 'your email is registered, please log in'. Trying to log in to the Tesco mobile website - 'your email address is not recognised '.

I have just listed 2 for resale, SK3. Also listed for Bournemouth and Forest.

You're forgetting the legend that is David Nugent. 1 game 1 goal

I'm not any of the above but did just watch an episode of Grand Designs, where their construction was a modular building. Built in a factory in Derbyshire. It was highly commended for its eco credentials and cost.

For 2 years our Octopus smart meter had been great. The last 3 months, the cost shown on the smart meter for our usage for the month and, the actual bill, are very different. The customer service response is that it's only a rough guide. Last month the bill was double the cost shown on the smart meter. The bills are around what is expect, it's not that we're actually paying more but, it's annoying I can't see our correct charges during the month.

Forest scored, Liverpool didn't

12 now I think. Edit: It's 12 to overtake Owen. 22 to go 10th but that's Salah, who's still scoring.

My comms man is alright, described Vardy as 'a man who likes to celebrate with both sets of fans' 😂

The current OH, who's from that there London, was convinced it was one just made up by my mother. But, uses it regularly now with an 'Aunt Bessie's' substitution. It does beg the question, who was Bill and his mother, though? And, where did they live?
-
Well, not really. We were relegated so, said the rules didn't apply on the date we were charged. Had we not been relegated, or not moved the accounting date, we'd have been rightly penalised.

You'll also be fortunate to miss the fermented shark. I don't dislike much but, that was probably the most rank thing I've ever tried.

Our cruise from Shanghai in 2020 obviously didn't commence in China and then India refused us entry. So, although I've been very keen to rearrange visiting, other plans have happened. But, today I've booked a China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and India trip for October 2025. Part land trip and part cruise.

Thanks. I've checked that the phone is compatible. The Airalo packages have some with calls, which is the only part I really need. But data might be useful when off the ship. I'm going to double check with O2 first that incoming calls are free, if I sign up to the O2 Travel plan. As the more I think about it, there are 20 days of absolutely no phone signal. The esim may not be worth it.

Nice. Given that Samsung are charging the best part of £2k for the new Z Fold, I think the chances are slim 😂

My mother said this to my ex years ago. Who promptly asked 'where does Bill's mother live' 😂

Do any of you have experience of using an esim? I have EU roaming included in my plan but my next trip is outside of that. In the past I've just not connected to the local network and relied on WiFi. However, I'm away for 5 weeks and would like to know that my elderly parents can call in an emergency as they do not have Internet access. (Although I'm at sea for half the trip where you can't connect to any network so, none of the options may work). According to my provider, I think I can add O2 Travel on for £6 a day, triggered if I make a call but free to receive calls. Or there's a bolt on for data at £18 but you still pay the standard rate for calls. I read recently about an international esim. It primarily referred to data, which I'm not bothered about. Is there a calls and data option? Has anyone used one?

I too, assumed it would be Neen. I'll remember now that's it's not. Pronunciation is always a lot more straightforward if you're born to it. After nearly 20 years of being together, I'm still having to correcltly pronounce Belviour to my Southern OH...

I've had quite a bit delivered with Evri recently and I've been very impressed with the service. I'm currently more unimpressed with Amazon. Most of my recent delivery drivers haven't even bothered to ring the bell or knock. Just dumped somewhere in the front garden. My recent online seller gripe, those who say 'any questions, please ask' in the ad but never reply to said questions.

Before we do, I think I have a recollection of there being some unkind and cruel behaviour from him concerning Deb's recent bereavement. Sorry to butt in and if I've got that wrong @FoxesDeb but, I wouldn't want us to unknowingly make light of something that was such a sad and difficult time.

I still find it hard to believe anyone thought that was a good idea! I'm actually surprised the company installed them. Our initial paperwork said that if you didn't have a site that would produce a return over a certain amount, they wouldn't proceed with the install. We have been using a very handy site which shows the house orientation and sun positioning, it can show you info for a specific day and time regarding sun/shadow etc https://re.jrc.ec.europa.eu/pvg_tools/en/#TMY

Attempted to speak to someone at HMRC. Stealing the Crown jewels or being tortured by the Talliban would be easier and less painful. Probably an awful lot quicker too.
