As dominating as we’ve been. Still have to wait until 75’ until we put the bullets into the gun though
-
The way the Mighty Leeds are costing me my sleep every night, I’m grateful for the chance to catch a few winks.
-
Dominating midfield…Vardy on second half should be enough to take care of business.
-
...saved your fvcking bacon, bigtime. (a better save than any I can recall him making for City) Any other sentences you need me to complete?

One minute they are slicing you up with exquisite finesse, the next they are just plowing you into the earth with their unstoppable giant robot.

Not sure ... I get too much of my news from pessimists on here. "he'll be out til AFCON"
-
In a midfield without Ndidi and Winks, he's going to have to be The Man v Watford.

That was more than "deceptively" quick from McAteer

Ange looks like a man realizing this was never going to end well.

Is there anybody on Wolves this ref hasn't booked? wait, holy crap, am I turning into @The Bear ?

Spurs are a fascinating statistical anomaly with their infinite xTD (Expected Trophies Differential) xT (expected trophies) / TW (trophies won) … dividing by zero, you get … infinity. Theoretically impossible, but there it is.

Weak red, but we'll take it Celtic down to 10 men.

If I was desperate for promotion already, now I’ll pay for it in blood

This quiz drew only slightly more interest than a Brendan Rodgers Fan Club signup ... But if anyone is still curious, the answer is

Don't overthink this ... after his playing days (for Spurs among others), he maintained a high profile, and "general obnoxious mouthiness" describes him to this day.

Don't tell me y'all are going to need a hint! OK, a mild clue. Muzzy hated this guy for his "general obnoxious mouthiness", not for any one incident.
-
Especially for those who want to recall the MoN years, Muzzy's autobiography is an excellent read. The man hasn't a bad word to say about anyone. Except one particular opponent Rep point for the first of you to figure out who that is ...

It was great business getting him off Man U, and even better business selling him at peak to Chelsea. He played all of his good football for us under two great managers who could handle him. But once he signed the huge contract at Chelsea, he was done. Tellingly -- some fanbases at clubs CFC loaned him to were willing to give him every chance when he arrived. But hated him by the time he left. https://www.villatalk.com/topic/19806-danny-drinkwater/page/61/ https://www.uptheclarets.com/messageboard/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=69839 Sorry, but the interview only confirms what six years of actions have demonstrated: DD was/is just a narcissist. Thank the gods we were able to get big money for him.

Bottom 3 PL..How do LCFC prevent this , next season…
KingsX replied to fuchsntf's topic in Leicester City Forum
## brilliant topic ... ## and a well reasoned set of, rhetorical questions, phrased in a way, I knew exactly who was the OP ... but beyond silly joking: ## This is absolutely the question some of us are already turning over in our minds. I can't help worrying about some obvious facts. - We've been the best team in the division, but absolutely not to the degree that would have made our crazy 13-0-1 record inevitable. Just check out our xGD (very good, not dominant) = or, if you prefer, use the eye test of the number of serious defensive/GK errors that have gone unpunished at this level. - The financial and quality gap between the PL and EFL is sickeningly wide and continues to grow every year. Last year's runaway Championship winners, with another incredibly promising new coach, have been getting their asses kicked. Yikes. - Some guys who fit our new system and have been killing it this season (e.g. Vestergaard) simply do not have the talent to play their positions at the top level, and will have to be replaced. We don''t have a proven PL striker under contract past June. But conversely, some things look favorable. - We have a few players already proven at PL level. We have midtable or better staffing and physical infrastructure. - The midfield (leaving out Maddison, who has always been more attacker than mid) is improved. KDH, formerly inconsistent, is ready. Winks is a high-end player in his role. We also have more talent on the wings than in years. - We have a great manager. And (every bit as important) recruitment that is aligned with him, and has already moved past the absolutely crippling effect Rodgers had on it from day one. FWIW, my optimism outweighs my pessimism. I am starting to expect we'll be back up, but NOT expecting a cakewalk to staying up. But I still have some trust in club, restored by what we've been seeing since June. And it's not like this is ever going to be anything but a roller coaster. -
Nice timing for that first City goal Harry !!
