My lad is 12 and been having lessons for the last couple of years(only once a week) and he practices a couple pf times a week too. When he reads music and strums on his guitar i feel so proud and wish i had taken it up myself. Keep telling him he will pull loads of birds when he's older when he plays his guitar but he's at that stage where he hates girlsbless him!!

Thought it was well over the top when I heard it was 21 years. BUT having watched the videos of him driving into the city first, going through red lights and almost hitting people, then the horrible videos of him literally driving into people, reversing back to hit people, the cvnt deserves every day he got. Dont care about his mental health or if he was triggered if this was a black muslim from ISIS and he got less people would be all over the socials. Since the Leicester 10km I've been doing a very short run a couple of times a week getting it as fast as I can. Started about 11.50 and sunday did it at sub 11 It's amazing what a difference the day you e had, what you've eaten how you feel mentally all make such a difference. Also not pacing too quick etc as towards the end theres a 1minute hill. Feel more challenging doing this than a mundane 30 minute run. Is it safe for me as a 54 year old though??
