Can you get away with using standard rucksacks on Ryanairs small bag sizing? We have a 20kg booked in anyway, havent flown with them for a couple of years, never been had before and I'm sure weve used our normal day to day rucksacks before( What the kids take to school)

Thinking back now once i told the retailer that i was raising a Section 5 against them they reimbursed me within a couple of days. Try that first BUT start the claim now- you've got nothing to lose as long as the criteria is met.
