  1. Which member of the men's first team coaching staff are you under the impression is making these posts, or what coaching role the social media team are performing?
  2. No but I considered it when Lloyd Dyer scored the winner at Northampton when I was in the home end.
  3. Why stop there? Why have planes fly over the county at all? Close EMA.
  4. It wasn't the coldest night, but walking from my city centre flat to the ground to get a coach to Elland Road, I got absolutely soaked through wearing a hoodie, and it was still soaking when I got to the match. That was cold through my own idiocy.
  5. Southend v Bury in an FA Cup 2nd Round replay. -2 at Roots Hall that night. For City, probably Scunthorpe away in either 2008 or 2009, I don't remember which.
  6. You're a very black and white thinker.
  7. At 27, playing in Singapore, 0 international caps, how would he even get a work permit?
  8. Much as it pains me to say it about a cult hero, but Ian Marshall is a moron who would probably believe it was raining bitter if Rupert Lowe said it was. Take any hearsay he repeats with a pinch of salt.
  9. Just sent the email. Thanks for the incentive.
  10. No. After spending a fair few quid over two years to even get a season ticket, when forced to miss the Arsenal game, I realised I enjoy my weekends more when I don't make a 4 hour round trip wrecking my voice trying to make noise in a silent area of SK1 for a club that treats "legacy fans" with contempt, to have games ruined by VAR, and frankly incompetence from the boardroom to the pitch and everywhere in between. Top can have his ground full of yes men. He's earned it.
  11. He was light years ahead of everyone we've had since Puel in terms of squad building, at the very least.
  12. Worse, at least 75% of them still worship the ground he walks on.
  13. I think people are misunderstanding the second part of the assignment.
  14. Has any Premier League club ever had three permanent first team managers in a single season and not been a total shitshow that inevitably got relegated?
  15. They will never take any action that appears to forcibly move anyone from *their* seat. The last time they did it absolutely terrified them.
  16. I love Nigel. Genuinely, my second favourite Leicester manager after O'Neill, but I think due to perception of time people forget we first hired him 17 years ago. He's not the 44 year old man holding a scarf with Mandaric any more. He's still recovering from what seems like a severe illness. The last thing he needs now is to be thrown into a near-impossible relegation battle.
  17. I'm sure Anstey wouldn't say no to the increased gate receipts but surely part of the appeal is watching some of our Premier League winners and those who helped build up to it run around a modest non-League ground at close quarters rather than being sat a fair distance from the pitch.
  18. A lot of people will forget he was absolutely awful at first, until Martin O'Neill took him off at half time, said he was an absolute disgrace and Claridge said "Sorry, boss. I can't feel my legs." Only then he got the treatment he needed and the rest is history.
  19. My half of the stand was looking at Kalac, amazed by what was happening. It came in the form of a ripple as the fans nearer the Palace goal saw what was happening first and slowly the rest of us caught on.
  20. Maybe don't harass people who are out and about? Show it in the ground. You might get hit by a flask for doing so, but it's more appropriate.
  21. Because I do a Lancashire to Leicester run for nearly every home game. This one is little more than a tram across town
  22. Feels like 2011 under Sven right now. We'd still be in that mess if Nige hadn't come back to take over pretty much everything. I still can't believe back then we'd have Derek Fazackerley go on Radio Leicester discussing the tactics pre-match for any opposition staff members smart enough to have a radio.
  23. I miss Jack Hobbs and Lloyd Dyer...
  24. We know the squad is garbage. That was obvious from the start. We know the board have ****ed Ruud by not spending and sod PSR having seen that teams that do this get a minimal points deduction with the upside being they don't get relegated. Of the players we have signed, they seem to have no purpose except in a top secret ledger somewhere in Rudkin's office. The fact that Ruud tries the same thing game after game in this run of form is baffling. You could pick an 11 by wearing a blindfold and throwing darts at a dartboard and it has more chance of working than what we're currently doing. There is literally nothing to lose by mixing things up right now.
