Exactly this, we gambled to try and compete with the BIG 6 and failed due to poor signings that didn't work out - So I would say that's our own fault? Experienced pros like Cooper and RVN should be recognising this and taking him out the firing line for a while, they could argue they haven't got anyone else in that position to replace him.
