  1. Are we really surprised... Marti has form for swapping a sh1t underperforming /liability of a player for another, then rince and repeat, rince and repeat. And is surprised when nothing changes and nothing positive comes from it. The concept of swapping for "someone fvcking different" just doesn't enter the dullard's thick head...aaaarrrhhh, so frustrating. And people question other's when they say he's part of the problem and not up to the job.
  2. Hallelujah ! At last, someone else who thinks the same. I agree with every word my friend. Go on Marti put your money where your mouth is when spouting off about giving youth a chance and actually do it. And do a swap for everyone listed above and someone new
  3. All worthy... but good luck getting any traction with our limp wristed fan base. The KPFC clappers won't even entertain it, as the Nepo Baby and KP can do no wrong, and they don't see anything as wrong. The blue rince 70+ brigade who have thrown abuse in my direction once or twice just for questioning or raising any objections to the diabolical on pitch antics, god some of those old duffers really do spout some nasty vitriol and they too are as bad as the KPFC and won't entertain any sort of protest. Chants may stand a chance as long as groups who are 'on side' set them off. Chants are part of football, and are infectious so others hopefully will join in, but they need just one message for the match and it to be sustained for a prolonged period. It needs to be directed at Top and enough to embarrass him even if he's not in attendance but something the media can pick up and run with, but also clear that he's culpribable. I don’t want to sound defeatist with regards to your other suggestions but anything that needs a prop and / or coordination to set in motion just won't happen for the reasons mentioned above. But it does need something over the next few matches...
  4. OK... like what.?
  5. I'm inclined to agree... It's a really tricky situation to get right and be affective. It's a double edged sword situation. I can see the reasoning behind it, and the want and need to convay the message. But like the last time, a quick word to Sky /TV broadcasters from the club and a plane banner gets no or limited airtime. It needs to be something that can't be "censored" by he club, something both visual and audio. Banners whilst conveying a message may get shown once with a fleeting glance 'for good TV' but can be skipped afterwards by TV cameras, and never hit the screens of the Football League Show on ITV or Sky, for a second time, but audio to a degree is a whole lot harder to suppress. Yesterday's mass exodus was picked up by the commentary on TV and noted that "a lot of empty seats in the KP," but that was reactive to the here and now, and the sh1t being witnessed on the pitch (good that people are slowly coming around and feel the need to go and now in greater numbers) but not a planned protest. Continued 25 mins each half of one simple message would be harder to control with the live media. During a live broadcast it would be continually heard and in the highlights show picked up at some point due to the longevity of the chant "5 years of decline. Top and Rudkin time to go" - over and over and over. However we have the added problem of how willing are the KPFC clapping brigade actually going to participate with any of the above. But if there are enough pockets of people dotted around the stadium willing to sing the message it should be do able as others will pick up the chant. Well, just because its a chant. And if the singing section are up for it, it may just get the message across, get some media attention, but more importantly embarrass the Nepo Baby, something his Thai upbringing would want to seriously avoid, and at that point things may just happen.
  6. If that ever happens then its an LCFC Sabbatical for me then until the 'B-TEC Rodgers," gets the sack. Marti as a manager needs replacing but Brussell Martin is NOT the answer and NEVER WILL BE.... ....
  7. We have been on a decline for the past 5 or so years and gaining momentum, and yes his position has been untenable for ages, our well documented woes, impending points deduction is all the proof you need, but Teflon is living up to his nick name... the only way he leaves is when Top does.
  8. Really, why do you think that? I totally disagree by the way, but would be interested in your view to post your statement..
  9. I think it's s bit of both really with a heavy dose of the incompetent nepo baby owner and his shambles of LCFC hierarchy. Yes IMO the manager is a bit duff, but if there are disruptive players causing friction he needs to grow a pair and sort it at training ground level. Drop them, and send them to train with the under 21s to sheild the 1st team from the toxic influance thus sending out a clear message, behave...... Ultimately he chooses the match day playing squad so if his selection fails then he should own the failure. The same goes with the tactics, match day subs and training again he owns any failures on this front. We are 13 games in and its obviously not working, so logic dictates he asks the question of his new analyst from Barcelona What's am I missing, why are my tactic being undone, whats not working in the real match environment, do individual players stand out as problematic ( cough, cough, Soumare, cough, Wout Garfunkel) If he can't answer these two simple questions ( we as fans seem to be able too) then what is he employed for? Act upon the findings. Swapping problematic/ duff players back and forth with another duff /problematic player, then back again a match or so later from the same selection pool of dross is madness, and deploying logic again leads you to select and swap from a different "pool" of untried options. (Hint, hint Marti your youth set up, it's not done Monga any damage and at least you'll get players who will try and be interested) As I opened with, "the powers that be" at the Top and their incompetence with recruitment, finances, interacting and communication with the fans and inability to learn from their mistakes have not and certainly do not help, but Marti does have options, all be it small, yet to be explored, especially at squad level, its a case of is he willing to be self critical, ask the questions over himself and take the advise from the other "specialists" and act upon it all.....if not then on his head be it.
  10. Cheers for replying bud..
  11. Aarrh, gotch ya, I miss understood. But his changes are still crap senior player for another crap senior player. He needs to be brave, he needs to think outside the box and go for some youth. New youth will bring energy, a fight to impress the manager, a desire to please the fans, all with the goal of making it on the pitch next match, something some of the established players take for granted and lack in ther performance once hitting g the pitch. Yes there will be mistakes ( but the senior players are doing such a sterling error free job at the moment) yes they may be overwhelmed by the occasion, but we won't know until Marti tries.
  12. Couldn't be arsed to listen, roughly what did he say?
  13. But he's doing a sh1t job at it, by changing the wrong ones. i.e. JJ today, and when he does get it right by removing the correct dross he just swaps it for more dross off the bench. If he gets the initial squad right or better snd makes better subs, we may just stand a chance of a better result.
  14. But the clown of a manager still keeps putting him in the side, along with Daka, Ayew, VK, 'Hoolian', Okoli etc. Grow a pair of balls Marti, put your money where your mouth is and play some youth in these problem areas caused match after match after match, by these so called professional senior players. We are 13 games in and its still not working ...what have you got to loose apart from possibly the next match if you don't...
  15. I think with the chorus of 'You're not fit' drowning out the claps the message may just get through. But I agree, how can anyone clap that shower of sh1t performance.. Oh wait ' support your team no matter what' would be their response. Idiots.......
  16. I get your point bud, and fully accept that the Top, Rudkin etc. are 10000% responsible for our woe's Yes crap recruitment across the board in both managers and players, lack of quality transfer activity, due to past incompetence with over spending which is now hampering our current ability to spend And a pending points deductions proof of that. But our 'whole squad' compared to others in the league is far from the worst, and I still stand by my earlier post and the points I raised that it is under performing with Marti in charge.
  17. I agree, But.. as average as this team is, I think we are under performing under him. With better team selections that don't continue to utilise, your Soumare's, your Faes' etc, who hinder more than help, with more creative tactics that doesn't borrow on the build from the back philosophy. It bugs the hell out of me that we still hit the halfway line, and our limited players see limit options, as we have taken an age to get there, and we have allowed the opposition time to get organised, so we turn around and the ball finds its way back to the keeper. We then start pi$$ing around outside our own 18 yd box inviting unwanted and needless pressure with a mini "pass fest " and either loose the ball, give away a foul in a dangerous area, or the keeper punts it out for a opposition throw in.. Surely a better manager would see this doesn't work with this perticular squad, see who the liabilities and lazy so and so's on the pitch are and have the balls to drop them. Actually formulate tactics to match the strengths of the better players left and not try to shoe horn substandard players into whats becoming an outdated style of play, one that unless you have world class players at your disposal that an opposition untilising a low block has a good start to nullify. Marti the gentleman l like, but Marti the manager still making the same team selections and tactical mistakes with his Manager's Hat on not so much, and I think the pressure is mounting and he won't make Xmas.
  18. As long as its not us I couldn't give a flying fvck who the back stabbing odious little cretin joins. Let him go and sabotage another team when he wants to engineer an exit with a substantial payoff... Parasite..........
  19. During the Enzo threads I've always had the view that possession based football was, and still is total w@nk, and was quite vocal in voicing my hatred of it. Unfortunately the Nepo Baby running the club still has a fixation with our playling style and wants us to be a Man City Pepball playing clone of a team to fulfil this goal. Until the little B3ll3nd fooks off (and hopefully takes Teflon Jon with him) we are stuck with this style or a similar variation. Any manager who comes in will need to share the same playing style vision as Top, or blag it in the interview and claim to love it to get he job then unfortunately implement the BS. Hence his thread was born.
  20. 5 years of decline - Aiyawatt, time to go
  21. Good. And his name shouldn't even be on any list associated with the club if/when Marti get his marching orders. He's a major part of the reason we are in this current situation, and he's a lying, manipulate, back stabbing, sabotaging, throughly despicable excuse if a man. He exibibits all of the trates I find most distasteful in people... Aaarrrhhh...look what you've made me do just by mentioning his name, I've gone on a mini rant. Oh well back in therapy for me then..
  22. I see your point. He seems to be suffering from what quite a few modern day managers are at the moment. The inability to learn from mistakes and that they are all stubbonly wedded to a philosophy or style of play and won't entertain the thought of deviating from it. But I'd settle for the personal change for a start. No Wout Garfunkel brain farts, Thomas being bullied, light Jogging sessions from Soumare and Ayew devising more creative ways of falling over, killing any attacking intent in the pursuit of a free kick. It can't do any harm.
  23. I agree. We need to integrated more youth to the starting line up over the weeks to replace the underperforming Ayew's Thomas's etc. Not a wholesale swap of 5 or 6 next match, but a graduale integration. Aluko for Thomas, Nelson actually given a chance for one of our CB's, done over the next few matches. Marti must see who I underperforming and who's making mistakes, we do. So grow some balls, earn your manager wages and make some tough decisions and at least give it a try. And if it upsets one or two of of the Prema Donna's on 70K a week that he's ost his place to a 18 year old... "arr diddums" get over it and play better then.
  24. To be honest, and it pains me to say this, but I'm not that bothered. This is the most disconnected I've felt with the club in the 36 years I've supported them..
  25. I think on this occasion the manager is part of the current problem, he's just not good enough.. But your overall point of our woe's stemming from the highest echelons of the club, mate, you are 'bang on' on that point. Forget about protests, walkouts, etc. the match going "fanbase" isn't like us on Foxestalk, there is unfortunately a high percentage that will blindly just accept what's going, continue to clap poor performances, and won't entertain a bad word said about the incompetent clowns causing the damage at the top.
