Saville Pilkington. Know nothing about him as it was in 1914......but what a name!

Who do you keep for the Prem
SouthStandUpperTier replied to HankMarvin's topic in Leicester City Forum
Yes, but my point is that he got a shot at the role. Just because the idea makes you sick up a little bit in your mouth doesn't mean it can't or won't happen. -

Nacho was a starter for the first third of the season. Not saying it would work, or it's what I would do, but I think Soumare gets a shot at the role (If KDH and/or Ndidi are gone). -

Souttar probably gets a loan to a playoff chasing Championship club. A lot depends on what happens with Ndidi and KDH. If they both leave I can at least see Enzo giving Soumare a crack at one of the no.8 roles. -
Ex Players - They used to play for us

They'll all get jeered to some extent except for Barnes. Not saying they should (the only ex-player I'd ever boo would be Dennis Wise), but that's what will happen. -

Anything more than a 1-year offer to Vestergaard will prove that this club has learnt nothing from its previous mistakes. If he wants longer than that then say thank you and goodbye. -
The BBC have finally taken their head out of Emma Hayes' bottom and come to a dawning realisation. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c4n15xnzrjvo Such have been Bristol City’s struggles, concern has been raised about a growing gap between the WSL and the Championship and a chasm similar to that seen between the men's Premier League and Championship could form.

Who do you want for next season in the PL

Enzo would rather eat his own feet than sign a 34 year old bruiser like Michail Antonio. -

He's already been making assertions about the club's lack of ambition. He wants them to break their transfer model which has been working for them. Sound familiar? He's basically the Italian Brendan Rodgers. -
Won the first game of their BBL playoff QF away at Sheffield earlier today. Best of 3 series.

The "do they mean us?" thread pt 4

Got a feeling Leeds or Ipswich will probably try to sue us if they don't go up. -

I think another reason why take-up will be small to non-existent is the same reason amateur male boxers lobbied to get rid of headguards - they make your head a bigger target. Even if they lessen the impact of blows to the head, that will be offset by the extra glancing blows you take just by wearing one. -

Foden hasn't. Bernardo Silva hasn't. Mahrez didn't. He should be racking up goals and assists in that team, but only has 3 goals and 1 assist this season. Jeff Schlupp could probably better that if you plonked him in that Man City side. -

F***st giving Man City a tough game here. -
Probably will. Kirk obviously had to go if he did wrong, but he was great at unearthing little-known gems in the transfer market. I'm concerned the recruitment will go down the pan with him gone.

Like in the men's game, it's not easy when a few clubs hog all the talent. You could argue that there are about 8 other teams in the WSL that are 'making up the numbers'.

Could've won that. Momiki with 2 very good chances at 0-0.

Arsenal going for the corner with 4 minutes remaining. Pointless without Ulloa in your team. -
0-0 HT. Leitzig back and her usual brilliant self. Pulled off some class saves.

He'll be in the squad, but he'll be getting splinters in his arse again like at the World Cup. -

Am I the only person that thinks this guy is a bit of a BTec Tielemans? Good technically in possession, but otherwise lazy and disinterested without the ball.
