Honestly I'd hate for him to leave, I think he's building something great here.
But at the same time we've seen what happens when a manager has options and gets more power at the club.
If he stays, great. We have continuity from last season and some stability on the pitch. We'll still have a bumpy ride.
If he leaves, cool. He did his job and got us back to the Prem. Whoever we get in will have a hectic year
33 seems too many, 30 and cut 4 in a few weeks gives you a few gambles on injuries.
Appears he's brought in some young kids to get experience in the set up
Guess in principle it does make sense and you'd wonder why.
But just doesn't take into account the other stuff like if they'd formed groups, view of the pitch etc and other shit that may make you hesitant to stay. Especially if the club are being pains about moving over there
The model they use basically has them stuck for now.
They'll sell Mitoma this summer, Ferguson and Joao Pedro can't seem to stay fit. They'll need another gem or two to continue holding their place or they'll gradually drop down.
PSR rules basically stop any teams ability to kick on from here.
Wouldn't shock me for either.
Wonder if he thinks he's taken Brighton as far as he can. You'd think Enzo would get some links there as well, fits their mould.
De zerbi leaving Brighton.
Wonder who they have lined up.
Could see Potter going back, but there's been big links from some Belgian journalists about Kompany being linked to them.
