Maybe, but the point is, they appointed him and it was a good choice, you can’t plan for him leaving so quickly though

Read a few things on this and a lot of the criticism is fair, regarding Tops loyalty to Rudkin, however they did get it right with Enzo, he left and left us in limbo with a squad he trained to play a specific style. Would Enzo have stayed if we didn’t have the points deduction looming? It’s easy to speculate about behind the scenes but in reality no one knows exactly what happens, I think Top looks at Rudkin as a loyal and trustworthy person who was by his side when his dad died, that probably means a lot more to him than what “Dave” from the saff thinks about him. Personally I think he needs to get rid of Rudkin and appease the fans but to suggest getting rid of Top is a huge gamble.
