He's playing first team football ffs, bet he'd love to partner up front with Gordon
-
Besides that, we don't need a bloody striker
-
Brereton could be bought somewhat cheap as forest are still dire financially. However I do fear he could end up like connor wickham, instead of being the next Kane like I've seen people say

All jokes aside cazorla is likely to never play again

There was an article from Rob Mckenzie on sky sports about some of the methods in relation to scouting. He spoke about Stats while being important aren't always the best info to go off; especially as players mature at different rates. Considering Diabate hasn't got a considerable amount of goals or assists this year and really hasn't done anything to note in his career, suggests to me we've watched him in person and can see he has the physical attributes to succeed, but much like mahrez we can develop him to add more end product. Well here's hoping that's true anyways, these kinda signings as has been mentioned seem to work out well for us. In a current market where one of our players is worth £100m, we could sign 50 unknown players with that money and one would turn out good you'd think?

His technical ability looks nothing short of brilliant, the way he helps the team transition from defence into attack suggests to me he'd be perfectly suited to us. It's a shame we've got numerous players already playing in his position, but suppose if we sold someone or as is suggested he comes in on loan for an option to buy, it can't exactly hurt us to sign him? Oh and obviously we've been linked with him before, so must be something in this???

As someone mentioned earlier, the kinda player you build your team around. He sets the bar for the quality of player we need to be aiming for, to improve and move on from past glories.
-
exactly! his performance against man city was enough to show he isn't immobile! pep even had a word in his ear after for good measure
-
Maguire is brilliant, a breathe of fresh air.. if half of our players had his composure on the ball we'd be a great team. Makes the odd mistake and will learn from each one invaluably. Only a year older than John Stones and honestly wouldn't even sell him for 50m. Don't think he'll want leave in January anyways so keep him, help him grow as I personally think he could be something special. technically you either can play proper football or you can't, but I think defensive ability is all from experience.

We need a cb lb and rb, all good with possession, with the fullbacks decent at crossing / attacking. throw the book out for trippier, cresswell and smalling. or foreigners with the same skillset that are far cheaper
-
it's no coincidence strikers seem to flop here bar Vardy, the service for strikers is poor. I'd rather not go too off topic but the fullbacks we have are definitely to blame for this, Slim would score a fair few for us if we had fullbacks capable of crossing.

Riyad Mahrez - The great Artist

Mahrez performed funnily enough last year when the rest of the team did; in the champions league, and has performed well so far this season. Suggests he'll play well for a team where he's surrounded by quality players, like himself. People may laugh, but I'm gonna say hes a better player than Coutinho, I wouldn't sell him for anything less than the Coutinho fee. -

Mahrez ain't leaving, atleast not this month -
Even with the wild assumption we'd sell 2/3 strikers, hard to believe we'd go for striker worse than all them
-
I don't think some people realise it's not the quality of strikers at our disposal being the problem, more about the game time they get

A worthy sacrifice for another league title
-
Such a strong squad it's a joke, we should be more than capable to handle cup demand
-
Get to 40 points then see from there, Claudio style

100m+ in this market, I've got no doubts -
In a team that receives plenty of possession Harvey Barnes will shine, perhaps Puel thinks the time is right to bed him into our team?
