As long as we finish top 10 (8th+ preferably) let him keep his job and build the team, I like what he done so far and think with more time he could build something special here
-
Next few weeks I reckon he'll be one of our better players, might keep Simpson out the team and could mean we don't sign a new rb
-
It'll never be 40m, if so surely would mean a few other crazy fee signings to come?
-
5-4-1 Kasper Albrighton Dragovic Maguire Morgan Chilwell mahrez ndidi iborra gray vardy
-
dont seem to be linked with anyone
-
However, I suppose Iborra could just do that...

I can see where this comes from, I think he's won the ball in the defensive third more than any other player in the league (That was at least true at some point) so you'd think he could be half decent in midfield, as well as his obvious ball carrying skills and half decent passing ability. However unless he's up against fellaini I don't see much point of him competing for the ball against someone small and technical in midfield as hes not gonna get close to them with his speed. Definitely thinks hes best at centreback, bringing the ball forward while either a midfielder drops in to fill in his centreback position or the likes of simpson fuchs and morgan position themselves to make a temporarily back three. However saying that I wouldn't be against a back five of Amartey Huth Maguire Morgan Chilwell or something similar, with Maguire stepping into Midfield when needed against the Big teams where possession will be minimal. a midfield in front of them being potentially mahrez ndidi iborra gray with vardy upfront or some variant could do well away from home.

Harry Maguire will be a big player for us.

Next Pique I think rather fits him in a modern day comparison -
Harry Maguire will be a big player for us.

We're never keeping him, think of all the top teams with a sh*t centreback and we have the second coming of Beckenbauer! -
fuchs probably has to start these next two games, the experience will be the most important factor
-
£200 up last week but Notts county cost me another £140 in winnings after drawing with grimsby, aswell as Valencia losing to eibar for £50!
-
i'd rather not be on the receiving end of a slimani hattrick! no matter the price paid to get him
-
Will be really interesting if Puel can get more out of him in an attacking sense; always has had a decent finishing ability, but recent seasons hasn't be given any sort of freedom to ghost in the box.
-
fingers crossed he's not sold to anyone in the prem, clearly a fairly decent goalscorer, but similar to kramaric in the sense that he just doesn't suit us. Wish him all the best
-
Probably Maguire for me! But it can't be said enough what an asset okazaki is to our team
-
Would you go full strength against Man City?
lcfc sheff replied to The Horse's Mouth's topic in Leicester City Forum
Definitely full strength. You'd think pep will put out one of his best sides himself; so this game can be a good indication of how far we've come under Puel in such a short space of time, I suspect we'll still lose to this amazing team but you never know! -
dangerous team who fuel off confidence, hopefully win
-
just skybet mate not really that into betting, unless I see some sort of value I cashed out for £98 / £101 at 3-0 so I'm safe!
-
I had £27 on it, looking good so far

I still think we're going to finish top 8. Am I mad?
lcfc sheff replied to a topic in Leicester City Forum
Top of the teams outside the 'big six' who, lets face it will probably pull away from the rest of the league. Its a shame that from the earlier games of the season we haven't picked up two extra wins really, but I'm a big believer in karma and hope we can get some great results later in the season to show for some rather unfortunate results. -
At the way our form is going, any signings will be probably made in mind of fringe players leaving this club in search of regular football. Certainly can see Slim leaving permanently, and perhaps Amartey on loan?
