  1. Here's the full video of that screenshot from BBC's MOTD last night https://streamable.com/siqn7 It does not make Vardy's reckless challenge any less worse.
  2. "Vardy did not deserve a red card"
  3. Video of Jamie Vardy's straight red card vs. Wolves https://streamable.com/mkvno https://streamable.com/8ol8u https://streamable.com/i64xb
  4. Not really. Obviously, Drinkwater had a brilliant season during 15/16 season and noone can take it away from him. But as the time passes, it's clear that he overperformed massively whilist having next to Kanté. In the following season, Drinkwater was constantly criticized for being underwhelming performances. Guys like Vardy, Mahrez, Schmeichel & Albrighton proved themselves for being genuinely class players and not just one-season-wonders. As for N'Golo Kanté himself, he went on to establish himself as an all-time great legend among defensive midfielders.
  5. Where were you guys during Leicester's 2015-16 season when the club EPL against the odds of 5000-1 with Claudio Ranieri in charge? ---------------------- Having said that, Bloomfield is a great club legend and will be forever remembered. RIP
  6. N'Golo Kante's brother died of a heart attack only a few weeks before the world cup began https://sports.orange.fr/football/equipe-de-france/bleus/article/kante-a-perdu-son-frere-avant-la-coupe-du-monde-CNT0000014T2qQ.html
  7. Mainly because Kane just takes loads of shots from difficult angles and distances. It's like the case with Cristiano Ronaldo, a player who's a tremendous goalscorer but his converstion rate isn't really the best. And I don't think anyone would suggest that CR7 is a better striker than Vardy,
  8. Do you guys think Jamie Vardy is our best striker ever? Won't happen. Harry Kane is argubaly the best out-and-out striker in the game and would probably be a starter for nearly every NT in the world.
  9. Mate, let's not re-write the history. Drinkwater was bad/average most of the time as soon as Kanté left after our title winning season. Just go back and read the comments when people rightfully criticized his shocking displays.
  10. The POTY-voting ended in January 2016. Unfortunately for Kanté, he was criminally underrated at the time when people used to think that Leicester were carried by Vardy & Mahrez. At least, Kanté got recognition by Leicester fans who actually saw his contributions week in and week out for the club.
  11. Terrible performance today........ But before people are shitting on Puel, let's take a look at our injury list. Schmeichel Simpson Huth Chilwell Ndidi Amartey Iborra James Okazaki Albrighton suspended. No right back, 1 left back and 1 CM from the senior squad.

  13. Today is the 2nd anniversary of when Leicester City managed to do the impossible: Winning Premier League against the odds of 5000/1 There's no doubt that Kanté is a fantastic footballer and was a cornerstone for LCFC making the greatest achivement in our history. But the other hand, Kanté ditched us after just 1 season. The likes of Vardy, Mahrez, Kasper etc. have stayed with us and delivered for several seasons at LCFC. What's your thoughts about it?
  14. By that logic, Steve Bruce isn't one of the best English defenders despite playing a grand total of 0 matches for NT.... Since Vardy became a full-time striker and no longer playing out of position as a winger like he did under Pearson, he has scored 52 EPL goals in 91 games. Which is an average of 0.60 goal/game, an very impressive ratio imho. Vardy is definitely an all-time great among English strikers when it's all said and done, despite being a late bloomer.
  15. Laporte being uncapped says more about Didier Deschamps being a moron who picked ahead of bums like Rami, Sakho etc. Anyone who watched him in LaLiga, knows that Laporte is among the best players there. Btw, I really don't know why people still haning on the BS about 'Premier League proven'. Was N'Golo Kanté a player with EPL-experience when the guy ended up Leicester's POTY during 2015-16 season? Never mind that the likes of Pogba, KDB, Torres, Özil, Aguero, Toure, Hazard had also ZERO experience of EPL football and they instantly light up the Prem.
  16. Never heard about this guy before, but Fousseni seems to be a really good prospect. But if he reaches the same heights as Mahrez, then I think we will find us in the same situation...
  17. Although King is a very likable guy, I've always thought he was just an average player who had a good season in Championship 8 years ago... People may say King is a club legend, but that's only because of the amount of time he spend with us. Probably wasn't good enoguh to join a better/bigger club. Don't think he'll be remembered as one of our best players ever when it's all said and done. Having said that, I still like King and I wish him all the best at Swansea.
  18. Kanté is the best player who has played for Leicester City. I think it's really unfair for N'Didi to be compared with him.
