Same mistakes again. He can't keep relying on ridiculously high efficiency rate of goal execution and Mads pulling off several worldies every week. Set up poor like a lower league team, let's be honest we fluked getting back into it. 2 goals from 1 shot in target. And then no subs AGAIN. Dreadful. Get him gone ASAP.

Mads is just incredible. Keeping us alive in so many games. Cooper owes him his job. -

Please do not go super defensive. We've got back into because we haven't played like a league one side and offered something. This team is better than he thinks it is, shouldn't constantly take us to be terrible and go down before we play. -
I said after everton, he has shown you what he is, it won't change, this is fundamentally who he is as a manager, at best a bang average championship manager. The give him time brigade are expecting him to do something he has never shown, because he doesn't have it in him, so why carry on?

No one expected us to get a result, the performance is key and he's got us playing like a lower league team in the cup.....again! You cant do that any more, football has moved on. Just delaying the inevitable by continuing to play out tired football platitudes and ignoring everything we see.

Ive never known a team set up so defensively but not be able to defend haha Cant stand how cowardly and pathetic he has us playing, constantly talking us down like we are idiots and we don't understand what Premier league football is. When in reality he is the one who doesn't understand and is out of his depth -
I would be shocked if it's not Mads JJ Okoli Faes Kris Winks Ndidi Skipp Ayew Mavididi Vardy And we play it like Newcastle away last season
-
Just the 5-0 then 😅

This is the 3rd article this week from tanner having a dig at cooper in a round about way. Not sure what to make of that, probably nothing but everywhere I turn people don't seem to be having him other than the clappers
-
Either way, he will know his record with forest ended awfully and he's still not got a win with us heading into Arsenal away. He's on one hell of a winless streak which won't be going unnoticed by people in the game. Lose a couple more with us and he might struggle to find a way back to a decent job.

I wish cooper had turned us down 😅

Who knows how true this is, it's the 3rd or 4th report so no smoke without fire... I dont think its something that would just be made up...but my guess would be agents of unhappy players? Verstagaard maybe? Something just doesn't feel right does it, I'm pretty open in my views, I think hes a nice honest guy, I hope he is successful but I think its going to be in the football league. But I have never seen so many people so quickly want a manager out. I said at the time of his appointment it made no sense because he was never getting time here, he had to hit the ground running or fans would be on him quicker than you'd imagine and it's turned out the be the case. He hasn't helped himself by dropping some absolute clangers but all round a really silly appointment from the off that wasn't really thought through.
-
Is this true? Didn't they just give him a new deal?
-
Remember where we came from, accept under performance, just be pleased to be part of it. Under no circumstances should you demand or expect any more. Happy clapper brigade who have played their own part in the fall over the last few years 👍

Leicester City versus Everton Tactical Analysis
Iwebema replied to StriderHiryu's topic in Leicester City Forum
As always fabulous work really enjoy reading the breakdowns! This particular bit is the concern, we are extremely efficient in the small windows we play well, that will regress as its impossible to maintain all season. Playing poorly and just about getting away with it and we still dont have a win....feels like the worst is yet to come, and this is the honeymoon period...we are lucky to have Mads in goal who has kept us in games. We can't move cooper on quick enough imo, but I think some will need to see that regression play out before realising it. -
Martin Allen vibes. Painful how out of his depth he is, he thinks hes managing Stevenage.
-
Need to be proactive. A mistake is a mistake, he's just out of his depth, no shame in us admitting we just hired someone that isn't up to it. It's not like he was handpicked following a thorough competitive recruitment campaign, no one wanted to come and he was desperate to get back in. The situation has now changed, if we knew we weren't getting a points deduction in July, he wouldn't be here so why continue? And yes it's 5 games with us but this is a continuation of the exact stuff he was doing as forest he's almost 20 premier league games without a win. Although he's no where near as crazy, reminds of the Martin Allen appointment where it was obvious from day one the job was too big for him.
-
You talking about the Spurs or Fulham game? 👀
-
Lets goooooo. Happy clappers will be happy though.
-
At least we didn't give him a 3 year deal before panic appointing a terrible manager who has no tactical identity rendering him useless.....Cooper will be gone soon anyway 🤞

For me, proper clubs, serious clubs who want to be fighting for European football eventually, always appoint a forward thinking manager, you should always be thinking will this manager improve us and get us closer to what we aspire to be? Now with that comes an element of risk you likely have to roll the dice on younger up and coming managers who aren't very well known and sure you might miss, but if you trust the process you will hit more than you miss (eyes on brighton) Coopers appointment at the time felt the complete opposite of that, the kind of decision bad clubs made years ago appointing Steve Bruce, Alan Pardew, Mark Hughes. Sure they might give you a short term lift, but its always heading towards one place, an underwhelming mid season sacking while you scramble around to find another underwhelming guy who is just desperate for the opportunity to get one more pay check. Watching teams do that always made me think what is the goal here appointing a manager like that? Where are you trying to go with this other than tread water for a short period of time. And I think we are right here, I don't know every young and upcoming manager out there who would be a calculated risk, but I am sure they are out there and would of given it a go. What I do know, however is appointing the 2024 version of Pardew/Hughes etc. is not the answer.

Couldnt agree more. Just delaying the inevitable and hurting ourselves because we want to be nice and stick to unwritten rules. Theres an endless list of red flags now, 5 games in a row the same mistakes, the same inability to manage a game. Cowardly subs, cowardly set ups. Favourites getting in and undroppable over good players who have been frozen out. He has shown you his ceiling this is it, he was the same at forest, they love him for the promotion but they think they are much better off without him. There is no system or tactic, he's got the players running alot, but that should be bare minimum, not the literal tactical system. I'm sure we will wait a few more games before it becomes untenable and then all the happy clappers will wake up and think "hmmmm maybe waiting this long wasn't such a good thing" ala rodgers.
