  1. When I read Gareth Barry had come out of retirement, I feared the worst.
  2. Undroppable favourites....matches up well with the Ricardo situation on the other end of the spectrum. Sunday league manager mentality unfortunately.
  3. The last line is resonates well, I had a really low expectations and hes actually worse!
  4. Have to remember he didn't win any of his last 15 games at forest. 20 games with no wins and you can see why. He's just not cut out for managing at this level. All his errors are consistent, every game it's the same. Really not what sure those that say give him time are hoping for, he's shown you his hand....he has nothing else... We aren't dealing with some kind of extreme/specific tactics (like enzo) that need time to bed in. There is no tactic or style, it's just stay in the game and hope, this is it, it's not going to get better.
  5. It's a large part of why we went down and will go down this year if we aren't brave enough to act. We aren't a serious club, just happy to be taking part, everyone seems to be more bothered about being nice and following football protocol (give him 10 games etc) than just admitting it isn't working. He isn't the manager we wanted, he isn't the guy we sort after, he was the guy that fair play to him at the time was the only one brave enough to take us on (and being a bit mean you can see why he was desperate enough, no real club was giving him a premier league job)....the situation is now different, we have bought players, we aren't getting a points deduction we don't need to settle for the friendly guy out of his depth.
  6. It's not reactionary when he's done the same thing wrong 5 league games out of 5. He's not cut out for football at this level, and we are actively hurting ourselves by trying to be nice about it. Football especially at this level is brutal and we don't have time to just let this play out to his inevitable sacking any longer than it needs to be.
  7. So what? I care about the right thing to do, than the optics of it.
  8. It's quite simple. Anyone that is still defending him isn't a leicester fan. 5th game in a row absolute coward. Imagine being 1-0 down at home to everton for that long and doing nothing....imagine leaving fatawu on the bench....imagine leaving ricardo out again. Just get him gone.
  9. Everton to score to force his hand. He's absolutely ****ing dreadful. Makes it so much harder than it needs to be. Can't stand him
  10. Thank ****. Kick on and win it now. Won't change my views on the pub manager but it's simply a game we have to win no matter what
  11. He doesn't know how to influence a game. It's hope the set up at the start is correct and if not just stand there until it's too late
  12. Hopefully we've learnt from rodgers, getting relegated which is nailed on with this pub manager is far worse
  13. Foxestrust match report will be good. Probably blame the rain. Most of us have seen enough football to spot a lame duck and thats what we've got. Comfortably the worst manager in the division by some margin. He's a beat your chest play for the badge manager like frank lampard. Top level football is beyond that outside of the last few games in a relegation fight.
  14. Even if we turn it around its the 5th game in a row he's made a massive cock up. He just doesn't learn, every mistake is repetitive.
  15. Surprised skipp dropped, but ndidi was excellent last week....a good problem to have. Glad he's gone more attacking and we have good attacking options in the bench. JJ and Ayew down the right again offering absolutely zero creativity, but its an encouraging step. Must win.
  16. Must win already, when you are trying to stay up and you know points will be hard to come by, you have to win these games regardless of how early in the season it is. We will certainly learn alot about cooper and his stubborness by the team selection, first home game against relegation battlers, I think it will define how long he lasts with us.
  17. The actual lines we were shown suggested he was about a yard or 2 on! If he was on it was clear it would of been right on the line, they just took a guess
  18. It's a mixed bag isn't it, the problem is the negatives are repetitive. Spurs, he got the set up totally wrong (which fair play to him he admitted) Got us playing excellent counter attacking football 2nd half, credit to him. But then when spurs were on the ropes he bottled it and settled for the point. Fine it's game 1 against spurs, I get it but he didn't seize the moment in front of him. Fulham set up was OK, Justin is just a bit rubbish, but we got back into. The game then just drifts, it's crying out for either team to do something to influence it, he does nothing we go 2-1 down then he reacts too late. Again poor in game management, not spotting the opportunity when it's there, staying safe at all costs until it's too late. Villa set up was wrong at home, the fight was there but the quality around the box wasn't. Again waits until we are 2 down before trying to influence the game, we were unlucky not to get a point, but his team selection left us devoid of Premier league goals until it was too late. And today, credit to him for the first half, but the game is 90 minutes and he dropped a clanger by going so defensive, inviting so much pressure something was bound to happen, yes it's a coady mistake, but you are not setting the team up in a way to give them the best chance in the last 20, it's just not how good managers in top leagues play anymore, save that for the football league. So in every game he's got some things right, we've been in every game and there is definitely some fight, but also his missed opportunities in all 4 to go for it, far too cowardly to act and waited for his hand to be forced before impacting the game. You mix this in with the ricardo situation, you could accept it if Justin was just playing well but he been culpable for mistakes in every game. There are alot of red flags, we got into trouble before by blindly saying it will be fine and not acting quickly enough and I don't want to do it again. I'm not quite at the get rid stage yet but the worrying pattern of the same mistakes and lessons not being learnt already is concerning. My hope is we see him let the handbrake off a little against Everton, but anything short of 3 points and I think I'll be in the out camp.
  19. Lets hope dyche is just as bad at in game manager as Cooper.
  20. 100% it's the tactics of a football league manager in the cup away at a Premier league team and that's 4 in a row he's made fundamental errors.....
  21. We've had glimpses of good, but no manager at this level should be playing 10 behind the ball for 20 minutes like you are a league one side in the cup hanging on. Football at this level is well beyond that. 4 games in, he's made fundamental mistakes in all of them and cost us points. Everton is already huge. Has to be nothing more than an impressive win or he's cooked I think.
  22. You would of taken the point before kick off. It's just very frustrating to see a professional manager in the top division think inviting unrelenting pressure for 20 minutes straight giving us no outlet was going to end any other way. Credit to him for the team set up, but once again his in game managing has been abysmal and cost us 2 points.
  23. I think its more he shouldn't of been on the pitch, he should of got someone to give us an outlet instead of inviting unrelenting pressure for 20 minutes straight.
  24. You have to give cooper some credit for getting us 2-1 up. But for a 4th game in a row he's failed in understanding what's happening and messed it up.
