When the deal is obligation to buy, can anyone else just come in and buy him? -
Sheffield United (A) - New Years Day 17:30

Id expect figures like that at championship level mid week even if we were doing better. The Southampton one in particular was like someone had put all the ingredients for a game to not go to in one. -
Pre Match - Ipswich (H) Dec 13th 3pm

Feel like a lot of these pre match threads are just cuckolds looking to get a screenshot on opposition forums about how crap we are are and how great "insert shit championship player* is. -
What would Vardy have done last night? We rewrite a lot of history with Vardy. I seen him have countless games like Daka did in his last 3 years with us. With probably even less pressing.
-
Exactly this. Constant predictions we are going to get beat and I look at the opposing line ups and see 35 year old journeymen who haven't played in the Premier League for 8 years. It's a disgrace we are being gaslit into believing this is about where we are at. The amount of second chances this club has had and still could have if they got things just a bit right. It's a disgrace to have this budget and perform this bad. It's Man United levels of underperforming.

Exactly this. We have fans who have become way too accepting that this squad should be around where it is in the table and it just isn't true. It's becoming a very obvious tactical issue now. Earlier on in the season he was actually showing some good signs he could influence games. He couldn't be any further from that now. BDR ending up in centre midfield as Daka was left to chase long balls that constantly fell to Bristol City was just asking for trouble. I have no idea what his gameplan was second half. It's really worrying he's tried to see out 2 games with virtually no attacking intent.

Looking for 2 for this

For him to say they spoke about getting a 3rd, there is either a massive disconnect between the players and his instructions or he's just full of shit. I'm not having that the early goal made us retreat. We were the exact same against Derby. That's not coincidence. He clearly thought we had enough to defend the lead. You always need an outlet to counter. It's not ****ing rocket science. We have more than enough options to give them something to think about. To not have a second half shot until the 91st minute is just awful. We forever go from the sublime to the ridiculous. Never seems to be an in-between with this club. On or off the pitch.

We have some ****ing weird fans. What's with the laughing posts when we concede and always willing the opposition to score? -

No wonder so many men get depressed. Lad plays with as much passion as any fan would, looks absolutely delighted he's smashed it and you have weirdos going on about his hair.

Looked happy coming on the pitch with that gash at the end

I actually want to throw in a disclaimer. I met him once and he was a lovely fella. I just don't rate that Inn for a Penny show

Yeah I didn't mean to belittle Drinkwater with that comment. Antonio was on Sky Sports News the summer we won it saying "if Leicester can win it anyone can". That was the mentality amongst other footballers who probably still can't see why players like that won it and they never came close.
-
Id say I hope he's sat at home squirming at this but he will be out in Covent Garden asking his agent why Chelsea haven't got back to them about January. Hate to bring up the title win because we do it for too many scenarios but he is everything I used to laugh at other clubs for having when we had that side. I bet he was one of the pros sat at home wondering how players like King and Drinkwater has a medal and he doesn't. He was instrumental for 30 games under Enzo. But once we were found out and more importantly his complete lack of ability to show some backbone was found out, he has been a complete waste of space. I think Ruud got it spot on with him.

It was Vestegaard for a bit. Who was also our highest xg player in the league at number 65. One step at a time yeah

I'm so ****ing happy that I've just sat here with a smile and not even switched Stephen Mulhern off
