BINGO! Rodgers is an opportunist. Like the blair of football. (not on a personal level of course, rodgers isnt responsible for the murder of millions of innocent people world wide

Yup. Danny is a backup at this level

Ive wanted to write my opinion about this lad given hes from my homeland, but ive been busy lately. Ounahi is a very talented player. I think he would fit right in here. Yes it is true that he isnt much of a goal getter statisically or the best with assists, because both at club and especially international level its not really his job out there. If we were to sign him, hed be a more robust and athletic KDH, with his ceiling potential being Jude Bellingham, if all works out. He has a great engine and motor, never stops running, he defends well, (despite his lack of strength, remember, he is only 22), and is creative, maybe not in the sense of maddison, or tielemans, rather in the sense that he starts attacks and movements. this is why he doesnt get a lot of good stats in the traditional sense of goals and assists. I would definently sign him up. Above all, his mentality is great, and i do reckon he could easily become more of a creative player in a more positive system than at angers. But lets say if he just played the box to box role, he could still become a really great player. Hed be more of an upgrade on KDH than a direct tielemans replacement. him and tielemans simply are different styles. Id love us to sign him, he wouldnt cost too much and he has good values on and off the pitch. Main issue would be rodgers, because as some have noted, rodgers tends to coach the flair out of players. nonetheless its a yes definently for me. before the world cup, i liked him as a prospect, but i was simply worried a bit regarding his strength, and risk taking. ie, was he willing to have that flair and risk taking capacity to take the next step? he was alright under our old coach vahid who was very oldschool and negative. played a very dull formation and didnt allow much creativity. but when he was given more license to play freely both at angers and with us, under regragui, he really excelled. If we are smart we sign him up. Angers are in free fall and will surely go down.

Newcastle Away - League Cup Quarter Final Pre Match
NasPb replied to Stevosevic's topic in Leicester City Forum
Iversen Castagne amartey faes Thomas Ndidi Albrighton tielemans Barnes Vardy kelechi We have nothing to lose. It's more likely we win attacking than by being defensive. No matter what happens I highly doubt Rodgers will select this team. Too positive for him. Has a personal vendetta against iheanacho as well -
He's not greedy at all. His style is honestly very heterodox but he's very good at what he does. He'd shine in a side like palace. Or anywhere where'd he'd be a with a coach that appreciates him. Rodgers despises him

As a statement of congratulations to iheanacho, brendan will bench him for the next 10 games! Great goal for kelechi -
A yes for me.. Get him in before a bigger club does. We'll probably wait and be outbid like the idiots that we are
-
Shame how much someone like ziyech is wasted totally at Chelsea. Graham Potter was never ready to step up just yet. Can't manage big personalities yet clearly. A complete idealist as well Chelsea look worse than us, if it weren't for individual talent they'd be near us!

Salary cap limited needed this is ridiculous stuff
-
He was very well rounded as a defender. Could attack and defend and pass at an above average rate. Imagine if he came here in his physical prime. I reckon he's one of our best players ever but also our underrated players... Was always extremely solid almost always. Every match of his he played with a smile and 100%. A great character. We'd die for someone with his charming nature and carisma but also with his leadership skills

Excellent player better person. Get him as manager now In all seriousness happy retirement to him. One of my favorite leicester players ever

ive never been more uninterested in my football team since 21 22 under rodgers. we feel like we are sleep walking towards the abyss. and rodgers is completely incapable of turning this around. simple as that. we either act or we will be punished either this year with relegation or next year.
-
will probably sign chabolah from watford on loan instead
-
agreed. top is a good man with a big heart but he is naive. only trajectory with rodgers is down hill. no saving us from anything with him. we might stay up with him but there is no way things can go better from here. he has overstayed his welcome
-
Get Rodgers out and we have a good shot to avoid the drop.

RODGERS OUT
-
Ngl we're now a mid table team, there is ZERO possibilities of Rodgers taking us forward and truly improving us. Impossible. If he does I'll name my first child brendan regardless if it's a girl or a boy. There's no going forward with this man. Either regression or at best stagnation. Get rid at end of season for the love of God. We will achieve absolutely NOTHING with him. Nothing!

Agreed! Thanks for the support. Amrabat is excellent. I'd love him here mind you but i reckon he's off to Liverpool. His best trait is his calmness on the ball.. Something that's not measured by a lot of stats but ideal for a cdm. Wish ndidi could be that -

The first penalty shout is more clear, Take a look for yourself. The funny thing is boufal was given a yellow for diving? I guess lol. I'm not even saying it's a penalty, but var should have intervened And we want our best team to play still. Everyone wants third place. Whatever happens this is history. We've never been this far! -

I can't blame the referee for our missed chances, poor substitutions and individual errors but when you don't even go to var regarding two potential penalties there's an issue. That's all I'm saying. Peace
