Bloke clearly can’t run the club anymore. He's absent. If he can’t commit what he used to then he really needs to step away.
-
He’s got tactically out done in about ten minutes….. the second half was embarrassing, and just highlighted how poor a coach he really is
-
Basic fundamentals not being done. The team are constantly making basic errors, and there’s clearly a real issue with the coaching. It was more visible today than it has been in any game. Forest’s game plan was clear, you could see clear patterns of play and their key players were the number 8, Yates and the two wide players. They were able to drive through the middle of the pitch with ease at times, and the wide players had the run of the stadium…… Theres just no plan at all…… we pass it to Buonanotte, Fatawu or Mavididi and just hope and pray they do something with it, other than that there zero evidence of any proper plan. And today, it showed what a well drilled team can do to us. It’s the complete lack of movement in the midfield, everything is sideways and backwards and horrifically predictable…. Our defenders can’t defend unless is last ditch, and we only get foot patters of play when Buonanotte is charging around like a lunatic. Of we had a coach like Nuno, we would look better than we do now. Cooper is a horrible coach, and he’s not got a clue what he is doing with this team, it’s as simple as that, and it doesn’t improve until he has gone.
-
Forest well organised, well drilled, every player knew their job. Us, they couldn’t even tell you what sport we were playing tonight. Tactically a ****ing mess, no leadership, no style, no identify, no plan. **** off back to Nottingham Cooper. Time to pull the plug.
-
Hes the coach, it’s his job to get the team organised. No one knows what they’re doing, we pass the ball to Buonanotte and just pray he can run through the entire opposition. Its all on Cooper, he the coach, he’s the ‘tactician’
-
Got to go. Forest had a clear plan, we’ve got no ****ing idea what we’re doing. **** off back to Nottingham and take your mate Cooper with you. ****ing fraud.

It’s probably the best we could put out. -

We would need to be careful paying an inverted fullback against these. Their wide players are hit and miss, but give them space to run into and they will gobble it up. Forest could be very dangerous on the counter, so our defensive game would need to be spot on. -

We can’t let them score first I don’t think, they’re capable of sitting back and seeing the game out. -
This makes me sad….

There is an undoubted rivalry between us and Forest, both do care about beating one another…. But naturally their main rivals are Derby, but in the absence of them, us and Forest will likely become close rivals again. In terms of recent history, Forest don’t come close to what we’ve achieved, obviously….. in the modern era of football, I don’t think any club in history has had a better decade than we’ve had. We’ve achieved things we had no right to do for a club of our size and we less achieved the impossible. Here and now we’ve made some catastrophic errors that have lead to a demise as impressive as our rise….. however, I still think this team has a lot of quality in it, and once it’s regained full confidence and has some consistency about it we will be able to compete with most teams outside of the top ten. -

Got a feeling even I’ll be chanting Jordan Ayew ole ole after this one…… -
I’m very particular about my chips, I like a chunky chip, that’s crispy and has good structural integrity… the type of chip that can withstand a proper dunk in a condiment. I tend to make my own but use the air fryer, drop of oil, some salt and 15 minutes at 200, lovely job! Love a chippy tea, I’ve just never been sold on chip shop chips…..

Just got my hands on Mark Hoppus’ signature Jag bass. Build quality is better than Tom’s range, the sound is what I really wanted, but the neck profile is lovely, it’s not a particularly heavy bass either. I got the sunburst model but I’m going to have it refinished to hot pink. I’ve been told that they’re only releasing a few thousand so chuffed I got hold of one! I’ll post a picture once it’s been refinished.

Fish and chips are rubbish… flaccid, floppy, soggy, greasy chips.

Diane Abbott…….. Seen more logic come out of a dog’s arse.

Someone’s over ordered on stock again it seems……..

Okay, what I should have said is, I’m not overly impressed with them as an attacking force. They’re as you say, a very solid team who won’t give much away, but I think we have enough quality in the team to bet them. -

Defensively Forest look alright, but then that’s Nuno…. I’m however not too fearful of their attack. Both their wide players are hit and miss. They’re clearly well set up, but I think they’re a fairly average side. I just hoping Cooper learns from the weekend that we CAN take the shackles off, and we CAN be offensively a very good side. -
Agree. Having read a bit more about the case in the last 24 hours. I think the judge was reckless in releasing the identity of the officer. It appears to have cause problem for the officer now, who allegedly will require 24 hour protection for him and his family as the gang Kaba was part of has placed a £10.000 bounty on his head. The judge was careful to restrict the history of Kaba, which I do understand and agree with as it removes any potential bias, but to name the officer before any decision is made was really poor in my opinion. He should have only considered this if he was found guilty, because it’s now potentially placed him and his families lives at risk, especially now we know Kaba was a very violent and very dangerous man, who was part of a very dangerous gang. I feel he should be receiving some form of repercussions for this.
-
But the question is, what’s the point in having a firearms division of police if there’s just going to have to face consequences for doing their job? The police and criminal evidence act per Google says, a police officer can use reasonable force to prevent criminal activity, make arrests and avert imminent danger…. So, what should the officer have done? Let Mr. Kaba run him over? The only reason Mr. Kaba was shot, was because of his actions in that moment, one humans decision V another. One was recklessly trying to escape in an 2 1/2 tonne car, endangering lives in the process, one was trying to defend himself and his colleagues. In my opinion, he’s done nothing wrong…. It’s not like they’ve stopped him and simply shot him.
-
Watching the video they released of the body camera would suggest he wasn’t actually under arrest. It is, it’s showing a mindset, most people would stop and comply… the news released since just shows that Kaba was outstanding for serious offence so he was likely to be desperate to get away, and he was placing multiple lives at risk in doing so. If a police officer can’t protect themselves in the line of duty, how can they be expect to protect us? Those trying to prove the cause against the officer had the luxury of turning 17 seconds into 17 minutes by slowing down the officers footage, that’s a dangerous luxury sometimes and can really change the perspective of a situation.
-
Your final paragraph, are you referring to Kaba? If so he wasn’t arrested was he? The incident never got as far as this. With regards to a weapon he turned his car into a 2 1/2 tonne weapon. This is something that a lot of people are overlooking. Try and put yourselves in the officers shoes for a moment, this individual is attempting to ram his way out of the police cars, directly towards an officer, after clear instructions to show his hands and stop the car, he don’t, instead he chose to drive directly towards an armed officer…..
-
I’m not an expert, but I always thought murder had to be proven that the suspect intended to kill the subject? Otherwise it’s manslaughter?
-
This would be impossible. Because for murder there has to be proof of a pre planned intent. For which there was not. In my opinion, it was basically a scenario of passing the book. Neither the IOPC nor the CPS wanted to make a decision due to the potential public backlash, so they’ve let it go to court for a jury to decide.
